The warning/ban for that PII (Personal Identifiable Information) is usually caused by an exploiter/botter and mass reported it. It has happened to me before as I was talking normally in the game and got Banned for 1 day for the same reason. I managed to appeal and got it accepted but it shows how useful the report feature is to exploiters and not normal players.
Oh yeah for those who don’t know the marketplace had a wierd glitch where a lot of packages were free giving which lost Roblox a lot of money but anyways I got the refund things too so if you remember buying those things that’s why
