Cheese Manicotti without boiling pasta (plus 2001 vintage Pasta Bake ad)

Haven’t made this for a while, easier than I thought. I used the no boil pasta bake method with good success.
$15 worth of pantry and fridge ingredients that I needed to use, for 5 generous servings.
Taste? 4 out of 5, I would make this again.
