  • Sarita Vihar is a posh locality in South-East Delhi. Situated on Mathura Road, it has many industries in proximity, and is the connecting point of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Delhi. Primarily a residential locality, Sarita Vihar has apartments by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and Cooperative Group Housing Society (CGHS).
    Infrastructure: Sarita Vihar was established under the Delhi Development Authority Housing Scheme. This is why one can spot ample DDA flats here. Sarita Vihar is surrounded by Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and the central part of Delhi. It connects the capital city with the industrial towns of Faridabad, Noida, and Greater Noida. Okhla Industrial Area Phase I & II are located about 3 km away from Sarita Vihar. Opposite the parallel road, there is Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, which has a plethora of car showrooms, International BPOs, and IToffices.
