Here’s a solution to the seat post slippage. Get an old broom handle or some round wooden rod. Figure out where you want the seed to be and then cut the wooden piece and stick it in the hollow space under the shaft and that will hold up the seat and you don’t have to worry about clamping it because the clamp is notholding it it’s the wooden piece. You know cut it longer. Try it out take a little bit off into your comfortable. I’ve done that for over a year and a half and my seat is still in the same position. I wanted it. Problem solved.
I got mine yesterday but it'll be two days before I can try it out. I thought there was an issue with the display or something else because the Scooter is 48v and the display is showing 54v plus only 4 green bars and one red. After doing some research, 54v on screen for a 48v Scooter means fully charged and 39.0v on screen is basically zero charged. Some devices will hold back like 20 percent to ensure a total discharge does not happen and I'm guessing that's why the H9 only shows 4 green bars against one red when fully charged. I propped the Scooter up in the air just so I can make sure gear 3 was set to highest and not in kids mode and sure enough, hit 28 mph almost instantly (of course that won't happen with weight added). Scooter looks fairly good... Wish it was bigger overall but then again, its current size allows it to fit in the back of a vehicle much better. I don't care for the off-road tires because that'll just added to any wobbling I know I'm going to get going fast. I'm expecting the front light to fall sideways because a lot of H5 owners reported this and the H9 doesn't make huge improvements over the H5, which sucks. Disappointed the H9 doesn't have a better seat concept. I just placed two objects in the root of the seat to keep it from sliding down, no problem there, but as far as the seat turning, that part I don't have an answer for and so far, I hate that part of the Scooter and already only give it 4 stars unless I find some other "chit" that's not right with it. This is a HUGE deal for me because it's my first ever Scooter bought (need it more as a tool, not for leisure)! Evercross is my first Scooter company and my H9 will be the deciding factor on rather or not I ever buy another Evercross brand Scooter.
LOOKS really cool. I hope you enjoy your new scooter. I have 3 scooters. A Hiboy s2max. A Vsett8. And my new one is A. Ausom Gallop dual motor scooter.
Nice video, thank you for this ! I just got this also - the H9.. have you noticed an issue with the brakes, an error indicator light coming up on the dashboard when applying the brakes..?
Yes I know exactly what you’re talking about; it looks like a little orange triangle. I think it’s a normal feature and just telling you that the brakes are being applied. It doesn’t concern me personally
@@edumetzker95 I don’t have any experience with the H7 but according to their website the battery is bigger and it has slightly more range. I am completely happy with the H9. I weigh about 200 pounds and I’m getting about 20 miles per charge. It’s also pretty fast and I do reach 28 mph easily. The H9 is also $100 less. I don’t think you’ll go wrong with the H9
It’s runs very good. I have close to 70 miles and so far I’ve enjoyed it a lot. I will be doing a 100 mile update soon. To me it’s 100% worth the price. The range is surprisingly good. The first charge only lasted me about 19 miles but it seems like it last about 25 now
Im not sure that the H9 is on Amazon but it’s on the EVERCROSS website for $550. I’m not sure if they don’t charge taxes of if they’re included in the price but you only pay $550. And in my opinion it’s totally worth it. I will be doing a 100 mile update soon
Yes, you can take the seat off and it’s a fairly simple process. I’ll try to remember to do that in the next video. And also there’s plenty of space to ride standing even with the seat. Personally I wouldn’t take it off because sometimes you do want to ride sitting

I am enjoying a lot. So far I got 40 miles on it already. I had an electric scooter about 20 years ago as a kid and this is just my second one
I lost my charger any way to get a replacement? I can’t find it
Hello, can you please tell me the height of the scooter with its full extension (from the ground)
For your seat post , go to a bike shop if one’s close and get a shim .
@@akadakid23 thanks! I’m gonna have to do that
@@idonthavealambo You can make one from an empty plastic milk carton. Just cut a strip slightly shorter than the wrap around area.
@@idonthavealambois it easy to assemble the scooter or was it hard

That's it, yes ! Ok, you're probably right, I agree. I adjusted the brakes, tightened them up, so should be fine. Thanks !
H7 or H9? I am not sure which one should I get! What’s your opinion, please.
