- This tutorial series has 11 tutorials, this is the second one and it explains how to program your own sounds by using the included programs, samples and wave sequence lanes presets.
After this tutorial you will be able to create your own performances and modify existing programs on the wavestate with your own sound design ideas.
Thanks for the time you take to teach us. I very appreciate it. It’s second tutorial from your Wavestate serie, I watch. Cool to not speak very fast. And showing the essential 👍🏼
You are a amazing teacher! I'm a slow learner and you made this very easy for me to figure this machine out. Im finally moving forward. 👍thank you so much!
Now that's how you teach! Thank you so much
It's amazing what this machine is capable of! Thanks, Qui, for unravel its hidden magic!
Thank you for these. I guess I'm entering my days of formally learning programming this beast. Up until now, it's been almost entirely experimenting, which is also a lot of fun, but not the same as knowing what I'm really doing when I want a specific thing to happen.
Thanks for making these! I have had my Korg Wavestate for a couple of weeks now and these tutorials are reallly helping me to understand it better. I have owned many synths and never got too far past factory presets. The menu diving has always intimidated me and I often blank out. I am trying to follow JMJ's advice on spending a few months with one synthesizer and these are really helping with direction.
Thank you again for showing the basic steps, we all have to start somewhere and this makes it less overwhelming and more exciting at being able to create! Heel bedankt!
Dank je! Just received mine and I'm a bit confused (and impressed) by all the possibilities :)
Thanks very much for the lesson.
Amazing !! Thanks for sharing. I’m loving my wavestate even more now.
Hi Qui, very good tutorial! Many thanks.
Qui, many thanks for this. I've had my Wavestate for a few months now and I've learned a lot, but the more I learn, the more I forget! It's like my brain can only hold so much information at once. I followed this tutorial and have enjoyed making some new performances, which I'm very pleased with and it only took me about 15 minutes to make each one.
That’s great, I sent you a message on your site foe help with a Korg Oasys? If you get chance could you have a look please?
Thanks
Great job..
Many Thanks!
This is great walkthrough for the previous firmware but the release of 2.01 and the Editor Librarian makes it so much easier and fun.
Thanks for these tutorials Qui. They are perfect for getting me up to speed with the wavestate!
I love this tutorial! This is so helpful to me - thank you so much! 💙
Amazing tutorial, with easy to follow instructions. Thanks a mil!
This is so helpful thanks!
Great Video
Thank You!
Thanks.👍
Hey buddy, well done with this, still waiting for you about my Oasys 😀
Just found your videos, I recently got a Wavestate, slowly getting my hands around it. How do you make your arpeggiator ride the sequencer? Mine is stuck, doesnt trigger any arpeggios. Thank You
John S. Hi do you know how to access the choirs, thanks.
Hi, I watched a lot of your videos , both hardware and native. What do you think now, do I need hardware or native vst is enough to bring wavestate to your production? I see vst is much easier to program and I don’t need hardware for example to play on scene
I always use the vst versions for the wavestate, modwave and opsix
how can I make a factory sample shorter?
Let’s say you have a slow moving pad with a sample lane containing seven steps of samples. You then want to change sample step seven. How do you change Sample step seven while listening to samples without having to wait for all the sample steps in the lane to slowly get to sample seven? Is the only way to do that is by adjusting sample start?
Hold enter en press step 7 to solo it, then you will hear only step 7 during play so you can change it.
@@quirobinez thanks! Works perfectly!
Is the keybed really that awful as it sounds? Clikety-cklack...
PS I wonder how long the poor encoder will endure.
You are right, the keyboard feels cheap. Not really an issue for me because i use other keyboards to control the wavestate, but in these videos i use the wavestate keyboard
