- Welcome to Toy Polloi Two. A few boxes arrived this week, one from Emery was a trade for parts for a project I am working on. The other two were unexpected so I have no idea what's inside. Let's find out.

Having watched many of your videos I know how straightforward that Skeletor restoration and assembly should be, but I'd still love to see a video on it. Something very enjoyable about these paint stripping, assembly, repainting videos.
Nice unboxing close to Boxing Day 😊 Fun projects indeed. Thanks!
Super cool haul. Especially the Tie fighter. Hope to see you bring that one back to life soon. Thanks again as always.
If those 'Playmobil' figures have the maker's name 'Geobra' on them, then they are, indeed, 'Playpeople', which is what they were originally called when introduced to the UK, in the early 1970's.
It's funny, I have pieces of this sorts of figures leftover from me and my brother's childhood in the 70s/80s, and I honestly thought that these were how I remembered them looking. Don't have any memory of them being any different.
Very nifty! Y'ever tried making a Vintage "Disco" Skeletor? If you can't think of any other uses for those painted Skeletor bits, that might be an idea to pursue . . . .
I had a few of the playmobil type figures and they were called busy bodies.
The playmobil looking figures are Busy Bodies i think they were also called play kid or play big, spmething like that. I had a native american playset when i was a kid but they also did firefighters, space men, construction workers, doctors etc.
Thanks 👍
Christmas again at Toy Polloi. A great load of nice stuff. Lucky you. Thanks for sharing, Dave.
5:45 - "Space Commanders" by the Lone Star toy company. That particular vehicle is missing a gun turret on the back, and a "radar" dish & aerial on top of the cab section.
i cant wait to see you patch up that skeletor!
He has been a challenge, but you will see him again next year!
Great stuff! Looks like you’re going to get to a Skele-tonne of Skeletors before you you get to a mile of Miles.
I think so! I need a new suitcase to store them in.
I can imagine the fabrics being good for remco warlord style cloaks for motu customs.
The Klingon is Worf, there were a few occasions where he wore Klingon attire. The giveaway is the gold sash.
Thanks. I didn't notice the sash.
I remember those Playmobil style figures,
I think they were called Busy Bodies.
Also known as "Play-Big" figures, from Germany.
Thanks
The zoids is missing 2 black blasters that mount under the head.
Thanks 👍
Could you make a custom Toy Polloi Skeletor? Great unboxing video Dave. Looking forward to seeing what you make from what you have been sent 👍🏼
I think the blue guys comes from the LEGO-line. Yes, LEGO actual had large figures once in the time.
Some great treasures 😊
The playmobil ish toy are busybodies from the 70s
Thanks 👍
The playmobilish are Busy Bodies
Thanks
The Playmobil lookalikes are Play-Big figures.
Yes. Between 1975 and 1998 (when large parts of the factory were destroyed by fire) the German toy firm BIG, based in Fürth (right next door to Nürnberg where Playmobil was -and still is- made) manufactured Play BIG. I have some of these figures from the early 80s. Playmo is better though.
Thanks 👍
The 2 space ambulances are from machine robo rescue there from the same people who did gobots in Japan its newer they come with 2 other identical robots they form the legs or arms and come with a fire truck to make a combiner. You can still get them kinda cheap from china I love them I got shuttle robo set and stealth robo set.
3:25 I found an Ebay listing for these described as "Vintage Bootleg Figures X3 West Germany Schenk"
5:35 Japanese Transformers like knockoff called "Machine Robo Rescue"
You could make a Man-E-Arms Skeletor?
I saw the room tour video a while back, and I’m wondering… Where in the world do you store all this stuff? Must be in the loft, and that loft must be easy to move boxes in and out of!
I rotate my collection as my room is tiny. Yes, in the loft mainly.
the figers are called Playbig, I'm not sure if you can read my comments though. UA-cam seems to block my messages sometimes. 😢
I can see this one!
Portray-mobil 😂
