It's a sad statement that you must go back 3/4 of a century to find heroes.

Is that why he has a bad makeup job on the left side of his face is because he's supposed to be after an accident I mean the left side of his face looks like somebody punched him one... And I'm talking about the main character I forgot his name I think it's Gaza Garza or got something of that name.

Start: Oh, wow, I'm learning new American slang. Switzerland? Need to look that up. 29:00 so far, great! And at 23:00 Doc is an actor who I have mistaken for Josh Pais before, 😅

Oh, heck, Josh Pais actually is in two episodes. Says IMDb. As Doc Levin. So I was right.

I heard the word *"Switzerland"* too, used as a legal term. Have no idea what it means here.
Neutrality, maybe. (Haven't been following it, tbh; am walking around, with drama on in background, waiting for him to be ordinary lawyer!)

@@sohara.... Yep neutral is correct in this case but it could also mean the case was full of holes as in swiss cheese. Pretty sure the first.

Okay the problem is that he did not have a good lawyer who bother to check everything out properly and things were missed in the end you see there's this white guy in the back of the room that they show you that is the husband the victim the two of them were both policemen and one was shot during his work and he got shot in the face so he was injured in the line of duty because of this he has a special hearing aid because he lost his hearing and it attaches to his glasses he also became a drug addict and his wife found out and she got very angry at him and apparently he killed her and dumped her body there in the process he left behind his glasses these were picked up as evidence and taken to the medical examiner's office for them to be processed because they have blood on them and they might have other DNA that might say who the killer was, he knew this so he came to the medical examiner's office and he tried to steal them but he couldn't steal them because the woman you see at the very end sitting up there telling what happened she was working in the medical examiner's office to process it and he threatened her when she wouldn't turnover the glasses to him she kept them as security to prevent him from trying to kill her from what she knew and he said to her that if she ever testified he would kill her and she's a single mom with three kids so she made herself disappear into the church and it took him a while to find her, she's the one testifying that she kept them as the only evidence that would prove that he was a killer this officer of the law this husband of the victim and that way it was her security and she explains all that on the stand then Garza that's the name of the judge slash now he's a lawyer he presents those glasses and explains that those aren't anybody's anybody else's ordinary glasses it's not something you could pick up anywhere these are specific to him because of the damage he took when he was shot in the face in fact they have a special little thing at the very end of one piece that holds his hearing aid. He presents it to the judge while the district attorney is trying to have it thrown out, please say it could be anybody's glasses etc etc and that's when he presents it to the judge and tells the judge that in his the judge's own words because the judge himself made a second time and he wasn't specific in his judgment when he made a judgment that could be used in an ordinary civil case he could also be used in this it sets a precedence is what he was saying that in such a case where there is evidence that was not put in before but should have been in and for reasons that are evident this new evidence has to be allowed and as you see the judge allows it and he not only allows it but as you see at the very end as the guy he's released to his soon-to-be wife because he asked his girlfriend to marry him and you know the family is there and down at the bottom you see their resting the husband / police officer who committed the crime in the first place. He then calls Garza then callsone of the guys who got him into the supreme Court in the first place and says that he should call off his watch dogs and he says I don't have anybody there but I did tell you you'd be on your own and that you're basically you had better watch your back. That's why they're having their little after work celebration barbecue but on the steps his partner there says to him how does it feel to be an outlaw and of course they have to add that as the means of telling you that is how the show got named.
      I hope this helps you.
