Yes I feel weird with false lashes, I also worry about damaging my own lashes! My eyelashes are very long so a couple of coats of good mascara and I’m okay. For the etude house dear darling water tint, it is a lip tint and I use it as a lip tint for my daily no makeup makeup looks as it adds a bit of colour to my lips since my lips are quite pale. It can also be used as a blush but you'll need to blend fast as you apply. Love that you state the difference between k-beauty and makeup done by Western beauty gurus♥️
I thought the etude house tints were for lips, not cheeks/face? Maybe that’s why it doesn’t blend out? I would love to see this type of video every few months or so by the way! This is so interesting and I like seeing someone honestly review PR. I feel like plenty of people will say they “didn’t love” something they got in PR, but not many people will be completely honest about why they strongly don’t like it. Thanks for the content and have fun in Europe! 😊
I can tell you as someone with a solid medium skintone, the green highlight from Kaleidos looks GREAT on me in a way most highlighters don't. What's important is the base color being darker toned, so it melts into the tone of my skin. The green flash is also highly pigmented, so it doesn't just get lost and it actually shows up as green without a light background to play off of. Most colored highlights just get lost on me, because they're made for a light base. So I think they definitely had to take all that into account when formulating, because it's a deliberate choice.
maybe she is visiting multiple countries in Europe and doesn't want to mention all of them? Can you imagine her saying" I'm going to France, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany". It just doesn't sound good. I'm european and when people ask me where I've been to and I visited other european country I will just answer "Eurotrip" lol.
@@gabrielles6992 All I'm saying is that Ameicans rarely name the country they're visiting lol. But since she is a pretty woke person I just think she could (obviously doesn't have to) name them since a lot of Europeans identity with their own country/culture more than just with "being european".
i have a similar duochrome highlighter and i do belive its easy to use them on super fair skin and very dark compexions if they have a transparent base. it just looks off on medium skintones but they are really fun to use
If you're doing a transatlantic flight, sheet masks are wonderful to wear during the flight. Flying tends to dry out the skin. I wear them on long flights and get off the plane moisturized and glowy.
I got Rodeo drive in the old packaging in a Boxycharm and I bought a couple other OFRA highlighters and I agree Rodeo is the best. I even completely panned it. I have a mini now and am concentrating on other highlighters.
Britney T there’s really no reason to push yourself to get into them. There’s nothing they can do for your skin that you can’t get from other skincare products & ones that, as you said, are far less wasteful (& are nearly always less pricey per use!)
I feel the exact same way about them! Plus they don't actually help your skin over a long time- they have SO much alcohol, which gives you an instant "tight" and "fresh" feeling but ruins your skin over a long time.
A lot of peop!e look awful in fake lashes and don't see it themselves. You're so down to earth and real you see yourself clearly - unlike some of the beauty UA-cam community, who end up looking like plastic when they do their makeup. And thanks for the honest reviews. You're like an island of sanity in a sea of craziness on UA-cam. Have a great trip!
If you * really * like face masks, in Japan they have giant bags with like 30-40, decent quality sheet masks that you can buy for like $12. A few brands are available on YesStyle for about twice the price, which is still a bargain compared to the individually packaged ones.
idk what it is but you look extra gorgeous in this video!! and i LOVE this concept, i’m sure the brands don’t agree with that (lol) but it’s super helpful!
Can you possibly try that meesha or whatever it is called BB cream in the red packaging? It’s on yesstyle apparently and I think it may be good by itself or as a mixing medium. Just if you’re actually interested!!
I think a video like this should become a trend. I think alot of us "non UA-camrs" think we would all love it so much to get PR. But its a good reminder that unless you have a huge channel your not getting all the new stuff on Trendmood in PR. And even those getting ALL of the new releases are likely also getting alot of random stuff we wouldn't necessarily want or wouldn't buy on our own.
You're so awesome. I have been binge watching your videos. I love how smart and informed you are. I subscribed after watching you over on Jen loves reviews channel
What's the other cushion you liked Hannah? I was just searching on yesstyle but can't quite decide on which one to buy 😭 There's so many of them! I was initially interested in moonshot but now I'm not so sure..
Try lily lashes in the style “Paris” if you want a natural glam lash they’re beautiful I have small eyes and they look amazing I feel like you would look beautiful in them! 💗 (also if you don’t like mink they have a faux mink in that style too)
I LOVE that Etude House water tint! I put it on my lips, and it instantly stains them for hours, no need to reapply. The lip look it gives is very natural. And it's not uncomfortable like a lot of other lip products. I've never used it on my face LOL
Use the highlighters you don't like as eyeshadow. I think they would be beautiful and I do that all the time when I want a quick monochrome look. I use my bronzer, blush, and highlight on my face and then again on my eyes.
Hannah, you mentioned there was another cushion compact that you got from YesStyle that you love. Which one is it? I’ve been loving a Missha one I have right now, but I want to try something different. There are so many options on YesStyle, I don’t know which to try. 💙
I did pin up for years & in the group I was in, we were required to wear lashes at all events. Haven't worn lashes since. 1. I'm lazy 2. I think they look silly on me, but good on everyone else
Hey beautiful lady, I love this video and it arrived at the perfect time - just having a rough time & your channel always takes my mind off all the bs. I love sheet masks as well..I did one last night with my husband and it was relaxing as always. I hope you have an awesome time in Europe and I can't wait to hear all about it.
The etude house tint is a lip tint however you can try dabbing it on a brush or sponge to maybe help it apply as a blush, also lashes are nice, I have long lashes naturally but they aren’t as thick as I’d like so I get individual lashes and glue them on my upper waterline area so they blend in more naturally with my lashes so everything looks fuller and beautiful without mascara, I think I’d like to get lash extensions but they’re expensive to maintain
I'm glad you like the Candid concealer! I don't want them to ever discontinue it ☺️ And yes! I look awful in fake lashes, too! I look ridiculous, and they emphasize my middle-agedness.
idk abt colour correctors in the US but jp/kr brands have great green ones! the popular rohto UV essence SPF not only have a purple one has a green one for correcting redness. also thank you for not judging k-beauty w US full glam standards bc it drives me up a wall like if someone uses watercolours to do grafitti and saying that the pigment is bad and not working haha i love how blunt yet considerate you are when reviewing products♡
I feel the same way about fake lashes!!! I always want to wear them and be that girl with those beautiful falsies but it never turns out the way I like it! I've tried so many kinds too. You're not alone!
I adore Revlon’s candid concealer...and I actually love their foundation (the candid). Shade 120 is the only truly light olive shade I have ever found for my skin tone. Haven’t tried the powder.
Use the blue and green highlighters as an eye topper! As much as I despised KVD kindness vegan vegan beauty the alchemist palette was such an underrated gem and these remind me of that!
You look extra glow-y and pretty in this. I agree 100 percent about the lashes. If I wear something natural with a clear band like demi wispies it looks like I’m wearing nothing, and if I wear the huge ones the thick band pokes my inner corner and will lift up, they’ll touch my brows and look horrendous. I SO WANT TO WEAR LASHES THO SEND HELP
Me: Doesn’t wear lashes and is deathly afraid of riding rollercoasters Also Me: Has an irrational fear of my expensive lashes flying off on a rollercoaster 🎢😟
I would squeal if I were on the recieving end of Clionadh's stained glass collection. Kaleidos palette's are something I'd be pretty giddy about too. I'd probably accept their highlighters but I wouldnt but them. The thick packaging offends me. I love Dose of Colors, Dominique Cosmetics and Persona too so I'd be pretty thrilled to be on any of their PR lists.
If you want a very natural lash but want to just give your look that extra umph try Kiss Lash Couture Faux Mink lashes in Little Black Dress. They are fairly short but they add volume, they're comfortable, and they definitely help take your look to the next level. 👍👍
Lashes give me extra anxiety that I just don't want in my life. They're always poking me in the eye, and I'm always terrified they're gonna fall off in the middle of the day.
jennysue Kasiah once you get the hang of them and apply them good it will be just like any other step in your routine. To me it’s no different then eyeliner or lipstick or blush. Also I have figured out a way that keeps them stuck on all day, the trick is after you apply the glue to your lash you also apply some glue strait to your eyelid, a little strip in the inner part where the inner corner of the lash band will hit, and another strip of glue on the outer part where the outer end of the lash band will hit. Then make all of the glue gets tacky on both the eyes and the lash. Then stick it on with tweezers, middle first then to the edges. Doing it like that really glues it down tight. I’ve literally never had a lash fall of my eyes, not a single time. And I can apply them in the same amount of time I can apply liner. Sometimes quicker. It sounds like a lot of work but once you get the hang of it it’s super quick. I just started practicing when I was sitting at home and it only took me two or three tries and I had the hang of it.
This is a very brave thing for a UA-camr to do and very rare for youtubers to do because they don't want to get kicked off Brand's PR List. I appreciate your honest and feedback.

Lol I am here for this “ faze” look I legitimately dressed like this when I was 14 and I think you look so cute!!! 💖
My heart stopped when you dropped the Ofra highlighter holy shit
"I'm going to europe" is the most american sentence ever lmao
Yesss, like where in Europe? xD
@@kikismiley11 exactly
Yes! There’s literally like over 40 countries in Europe
maybe she is visiting multiple countries in Europe and doesn't want to mention all of them? Can you imagine her saying" I'm going to France, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany". It just doesn't sound good. I'm european and when people ask me where I've been to and I visited other european country I will just answer "Eurotrip" lol.
@@gabrielles6992 All I'm saying is that Ameicans rarely name the country they're visiting lol. But since she is a pretty woke person I just think she could (obviously doesn't have to) name them since a lot of Europeans identity with their own country/culture more than just with "being european".
I miss the do-do-do-do at the end of your introooo!!!
Yes lol
Omg, I love so many of Ofra highlighters xD. Rodeo Drive, Pillow Talk, Star Island and that new shades from their collab with MAdison Miller
i have a similar duochrome highlighter and i do belive its easy to use them on super fair skin and very dark compexions if they have a transparent base. it just looks off on medium skintones but they are really fun to use
Happy and safe travels, Hannah! Have fun.
you could use these highlighters (green and blue) as shadows 🖤
My favorite sheet mask is the Tsubaki Oil one by Boscia, perfect for dry skin!
The etude house water tint is supposed to be used on the lips. It's for that gradient/just ate a popsicle stain look that is popular in South Korea
I’ve never noticed your tattoos before! So cute!
Skywalker is my favorite highlighter! The tone of the blue is everything!!
You're so delightful and I really appreciate you telling people to register to vote!!! Thank you!!
New to your channel, and I've been binging the past 2 days. LOVE you & your content!
I've tried to get into sheet masks but I always feel bad about how much waste they produce for being just a one time mask :(
Britney T there’s really no reason to push yourself to get into them.
Literally every time you drop a new video I stop whatever I’m doing to watch!! Such a good topic idea. Love it!
When you said clarins I heard claire's and almost choked on my dinner hahahah
My broke ass heard clearance
If you * really * like face masks, in Japan they have giant bags with like 30-40, decent quality sheet masks that you can buy for like $12. A few brands are available on YesStyle for about twice the price, which is still a bargain compared to the individually packaged ones.
Love love LOVE this look! 💜 and your skin is glowing!! I feel you on those Wish sheet masks 😂 I’m obsessed with sheet masks too!!
ahh thank you for posting when I needed it the most. 💛 your videos are my favorite & I could literally listen to you talk about socks for an hour
idk what it is but you look extra gorgeous in this video!! and i LOVE this concept, i’m sure the brands don’t agree with that (lol) but it’s super helpful!
Can you possibly try that meesha or whatever it is called BB cream in the red packaging? It’s on yesstyle apparently and I think it may be good by itself or as a mixing medium. Just if you’re actually interested!!
Maddie Bee it’s spelled missha :)
I really love this look on you! You're one of those persons who can pull off a beanie
Oooo! Going to look into that Clarins pink blush.
You're so awesome. I have been binge watching your videos. I love how smart and informed you are. I subscribed after watching you over on Jen loves reviews channel
Your skin looks amazing! Also, I don’t think I’ve ever noticed your little tat before- super cute!
What's the other cushion you liked Hannah? I was just searching on yesstyle but can't quite decide on which one to buy 😭 There's so many of them! I was initially interested in moonshot but now I'm not so sure..
I love the way you’ve been doing your makeup lately (still looked great before but I’m loving this) 😍🔥🔥!!
Your highlighter looks amazing. So glowy and beautiful!
When I have a duochrome highlighter that doesn't work I use it as an inner corner highlight or eyeshadow topper!
Love you ❤️ I was worried you might stop uploading after I saw your tweet about the negative comments. But I’m so proud of you for pushing through!
1. I'm lazy
2. I think they look silly on me, but good on everyone else
I love those FAB Avocado concealers!
Same
Hey beautiful lady,
I love this video and it arrived at the perfect time - just having a rough time & your channel always takes my mind off all the bs.
I’m loving this Addidas look! Miss Hannah I’m copying this streetwear with gleamy glowy makeup look, you look BEAUTIFUL 💁🏾♀️
I have that etude house tint and I always used it as a lip tint
I'm glad you like the Candid concealer! I don't want them to ever discontinue it ☺️ And yes! I look awful in fake lashes, too! I look ridiculous, and they emphasize my middle-agedness.
idk abt colour correctors in the US but jp/kr brands have great green ones! the popular rohto UV essence SPF not only have a purple one has a green one for correcting redness. also thank you for not judging k-beauty w US full glam standards bc it drives me up a wall like if someone uses watercolours to do grafitti and saying that the pigment is bad and not working haha
i love how blunt yet considerate you are when reviewing products♡
I feel the same way about fake lashes!!! I always want to wear them and be that girl with those beautiful falsies but it never turns out the way I like it! I've tried so many kinds too. You're not alone!
I adore Revlon’s candid concealer...and I actually love their foundation (the candid). Shade 120 is the only truly light olive shade I have ever found for my skin tone. Haven’t tried the powder.
“How do you walk around comfortably with lashes that touch your eyebrow” well.....you don’t you just put up with it 😂
Hey i love your videos i just wanted to tell you the etude house tint/stain is for the lips
Use the blue and green highlighters as an eye topper! As much as I despised KVD kindness vegan vegan beauty the alchemist palette was such an underrated gem and these remind me of that!
i love your beanie you make it work so well!
I lOVE your videos SO much! I love your honesty!
"How do you wear lashes that touch your eyebrows?"
Me: bats my false lashes thinking about how fun and weird it is that they touch my brows 😂
go girl!! I just wish I could get them on my eyes 🤣🤣🤣😂😂 literally challenged in the department.
Right?! I love when they touch my eyebrows! You cant knock my confidence when I can feel my lashes touch my brows.
@@yolondarobinette3799 it took me forever to feel like I finally got it. Practice makes perfect!
Same!
I bought entire collection of highlighters from Kaleidos to use them as eyeshadow toppers. They are stunning on the lids.
Me: Doesn’t wear lashes and is deathly afraid of riding rollercoasters
Also Me: Has an irrational fear of my expensive lashes flying off on a rollercoaster 🎢😟
Lmao
If they're poking you in the eye, they're too long.
I love the outfit! I love you channel, I enjoy your reviews and I don’t even wear makeup! You are so smart and sweet, I enjoy hearing from you.
