Man Billy is incredibly hot-headed. Well a bit surprising but I guess it cant be helped considering many of the contestant are kind of belittling him when in reality he is a very credible fighter. I think only Ryo and the Bogard brothers knows what Billy is capable of.

In the KOF timeline, Billy wants to defeat Iori, SNK needs to adress Billy's part in KOF XIII, but possibly he heard that Iori lost his flames and went on a solo mission to defeat him once for all, and Ash, well SNK was forced to change the story because they didn't had enough time to finish the sprites of the rest of the cast, apparently those 2 guys who attacked Kyo in the KOF XIII intro were supposed to be Ash's partners.

@Goliath Online even tho K' himself is lazy and hates effort The main reason he's like that is years of being bossed around by NESTS for shady shit he had no say in for a long time (likely since he wasn't able to know before KOF99 due to his repressed memories).

Well Iori beat him(and Eiji) to near death despite it being 2v1. Iori doesn't need to show respect to Billy since he's a lot weaker than him.
