    Thanks man iv been watching you videos for lots time now and in the last two years been designing and building my own car. your videos help me learn how to do surface molding and now im excited to see how badly my design that has been fully for looks work aerodynamically.
    Thanks again keep it up

      I’m currently 24 but I have always loved to see the flow trajectories around my design. Even in high school

    If you enable gravity and set to the correct direction, it should solve your downforce issue :)

    5:50 it's very off putting to mention how proud of you are in yourself and such. It's a cool car but won't make me proud to the point I mention it to strangers online.
    Thank you for the video though.

    Hi do you have a video for how to make a car model like that(the one you used in the video) or anything similar?

    Q: can you do CFD tests on files that are not made in solidworks?

    is the drag coefficient the same if you do the analysis with the whole geometry?

    You said, there are other programs which can make the wheels roatate. I have stl files with a device that is going to have helium passing through. Any advice for the best program to simulate flow there?

  • @Jack-vd5gx

    Hey, is there any way to do both external and internal flows, i'm trying to simulate a radiator and a car and want to simulate airflow onto the radiator and the internal fluid being cooled?

    • @SVADesign
      @SVADesign  3 роки тому

      I never tried to do those simultaneously but, you might be able to run an external sim with fans running in radiator to create internal flows

    • @dinokovacevic6001
      @dinokovacevic6001 2 роки тому

      Yes, you choose external simulation and then you insert fluid volume with boundary conditions.
