Unfortunately it was a 2 on 1 attack and the one attacker paid with his life. ANY 2 on 1 is a threat to one's life these days. I don't condone classroom stabbings but the guy got what he asked for by jumping the single kid.I bet he didn't think he was going to get stabbed. He misjudged how it was going to go.

The DEFENDER was carrying the knife 🔪 because he KNEW that he was being targeted by the Same THUGS/BULLIES, who had attacked him before.
This is a case of Disparity of Force: 2 Juniors v. 1 Freshman; 2 Bigger Kids v. 1 Smaller Kid; Great , possible Deadly Injury could have been inflicted on the DEFENDER.
The DEFENDER had every right to defend himself, and did EXACTLY THAT.
Any competent, Defense Lawyer/Public Defender will be able to clear the DEFENDER.
Whether you're in Oakland, San Francisco, or Santa Rosa, IF you Roll like a THUG, you go down 👎👎 like a THUG.

Accoridng to news outlets, the kid who did the stabbing was menacing the other kids as well, including jumping or tryng to jump one of them and slashing the other's tires just a few days before. In life, you must learn that you cant be so quick to judge a story from initial reports.

“Tragedy” sounds like self defense. If this wasn’t in a school and two adults went to attack another person, obviously the person protecting himself wouldn’t be looked at like a criminal. They may be kids but if you make decisions like that to start an altercation, you receive the consequences. It’s ridiculous how they say “victim” when he was the one who came in there to start a fight. People need to stop acting like these are little children and start realizing that “kids” are making more and more “adult decisions” today. You see more young individuals today committing crimes. It’s sad and we need to care more about our children’s mental health.

The kid defended himself. What else are you supposed to do when 2 random juniors walk into your class and your just a freshman. The knife saved the kids life as far as I'm concerned. Why did the kid have to defend himself in an environment that he was supposed to be safe in? If a school cant keep their students safe from violence, then the student must keep themself safe period. If 2 strangers walked up to me who were bigger and stronger and all I had on me was a knife to defend myself, you can best bet they would be getting stabbed and I would be walking away scot free for defending myself from the attack. The authorities are trying to throw the kid under the bus for being bullied and defending himself with a knife. Shame on the authorities and the shitty school officials who allowed this all to happen. This could have been more avoided by not letting 2 random bullies into a classroom to go to town on a lil pip squeak. This kid sounds like he's in a prison more than a school to me. Where you are forced to be in a location where at any moment, other inmates may walk up to you, hurt you, and kill you yet the authorities swear your in the safest place on the planet.

This lesson starts in the home. Your parents or care takers should have instilled in you this value from the early stage of your life. If a juvenile can disrespect their teacher's authority during that teacher's class just so he can punch someone smaller and younger than him repeatedly in front of a lot of people not once but on 2 occasions, what makes you think they respect other people's rights as well. A person has 2 basic defense mechanisms, fight or flee and in times of danger this mechanism just sets in, no time for moral deliberation in one's head. I don't think the freshman was happy or intended what eventually happened. He ran basically to a church or within its area after the fact of the act committed. That was his shelter.

My wife just said do we really need to spend this much money and man power when what we need is mental help. 2 16yo kids came into another classroom that wasnt theres to start something woth a 14yo. That 14yo probably brought the knife to protect himself because he thought hed need it. Im not saying its right but this proves that violence isnt caused by guns its the lack of needed help.

I've successfully raised one child as a single parent. If my next child comes from you, I know I will be successful again in bringing forth another faithful and true servant of God. Please, I implore that you manifest a baby in me as soon as possible. I'm not getting any younger in age and I need someone of my own to love and to be.
This I truly not only believe you can do but know you will do because you love me. You did it for Sarah, Rebekah, Rachel, and Hannah (Genesis 17:17-18. 1 Samuel 1-2. Judges 13. 2 Kings 4:8-44.). Thank you, ABBA, for getting me to ask this of thee.
