Any regrets with the etched glass screen? Absolutely loving my deck after having it for 2 weeks. Opted for the glossy but I'm mostly jealous of that removable liner case haha.
You could use Clone Zilla to back up your 'Old' Device to an SD Card and then Restore to the 'New' Device- took me an hour each to Backup and Restore a 512 Model to a 1TB etc.
Yes. I have a gaming PC so I’ve already purchased (hundreds) of games over the years. When you login to your steam account, your games will show up and it’s just a matter of downloading them. It’s very smooth!
good video dude! I'm glad some people are still enjoying the deck. personally it wasn't for me i traded up for a GPD win mini. i did consider the oled model but ultimately was put off due to it not being a considerable upgrade for my money.
You could play the same game on two different devices at the same time if you put them in offline mode. I guess with the steam deck, that would mean disconnecting the Deck from WiFi, unless it has a built in toggler like the PC Steam app does. They keep you from toggling it into offline mode in Big Picture, for whatever reason. I guess if you went into desktop mode and opened the application there, you might able to toggle it offline if Steam Deck behaves the same.
The joy I felt opening my Switch Oled to start my holiday weekend.
Absolutely loved your entire video! I love the simplicity of your video and your overall review. Thank you so much for such a down to earth review!
I can't wait for mine! I just ordered the 512GB OLED one

Nice video! I'm heading to get mine now ^.^ I cant wait to customize it
Hope to see you on the other side! I’m the type of person to customize/mod until I forget about everything I was originally doing 😆

Also I’m sure people know but games will not download while the console is in sleep mode

About 7 days I believe!
@@recursed_io Oof, was that during the Christmas period or only recently? Really hoping it doesn’t take that long lol
@@jamsop253naw we’re in Hawai’i and that’s pretty fast. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was much faster for North America.
Mines took 4 days.
