Janice, the fact that you hang clothes, towels and sheets outside may be contributing to your allergies. That happened to me. The pollen that is outside settles on the laundry you are drying. Maybe if you put your clothes in the dryer for 15 min after they come in would help. Also change pillow cases very often as the pollen outside will stick to your hair and your head rolls around your pillow. . .Hope this helps.
Ooooh, I didn't think of that! I could definitely pop the clothes in the dryer and see if it helps. :)
try to rinse your nose with water every day to clean out all the pollen. When you are outside you will always breathe it in and it is in your nostrils. All this sounds heavy-handed here, but it will solve the problem somewhat at least. its better to breath when it's rains i guess for some one. Wishing you the best. Blessing to you all of Ozark family.
Have to agree with you my husband suffers from that so I don't hang anything out in the line. The best of it was I'm the one that got covid. I have just got rid off it but I still feel awful with it and this is me replying on the 25 6 2004. I'm very new to this channel.
It’s been so slow with veg in the garden. One lot of runner beans eaten by slugs but I have another lot nearly ready to plant out. Same as you weather has been so bad this year…. Snow forecast for Scotland soon!!!🫤
Aww David is such a sweet boy! I’m glad he had a good bday and will still give you hugs even when he is 30! All your kids are great! ❤
Hello all..Janice, I hope you start to feel better. Sorry I've been missing your lives. I do watch them when I can. I hope everyone is doing well and having a good summer. Take care stay healthy and safe.
I have a feeling the tornado/winds carried in spores that you may have breathed in when clearing the trees.
'IT' is still going around in different variations/strains. here in Canada too. I had it twice, the second was the worst - hit the body with aches, extreme fatigue, I lost taste, smell, hearing, and voice for about two weeks, and when I would go to bed at night I was not sure I would wake in the morning. I'm now left with a mild long version of it - mainly fatigue but also mini bouts of some symptoms. Janice, you sound like I did before I lost voice completely so sending you prayers and hugs.
Great chat. I hope you feel better, Janice ❤️
Watching the replay! Hope you are feeling better Janice. Happy birthday to David and Abigail ❤
That’s very special-David’s tender heart.

hi Janice. Hope you’re better soon. Watching as a catch up. Just got back after having 3 teeth extracted🦷🦷🦷🫤.Just sitting quiet for a while. Getting more allergic to flowers, pollen etc…..can’t have flowers in the house any more😟. Glad David had a great party! Love to you all. ❤ Bernice
Shawn And Janice Hello All the children Hi everyone happy wednesday. Janice i am sorry your not feeling well i pray that you feel better real soon make sure you drink a lot of water and get enough rest. Dont let it go to long because you don't want it to turn into a cold and end up in the hospital be careful. i am sending happy thoughts and get well wishes.
On 412 were it touched down. I couldn't believe the metal that was twisted into the trees. 😮 so powerful
Hate to hear your sick allergies can be awful.Janice I had my second child at age 42 he's 22 now.I will be 65 on June 23 are birthdays are close together. I'm so glad you are safe and no one got hurt.🐝🌻🐝🌻
My second case of it was much worse. It went straight to my chest. I am almost 70 and have risk factors. Thankfully I was able to get on one of Thea’s and improved after that. It was rough. High fevers both times.
Typo on my part! I meant in my comment above that I was thankful to take one of the drugs available and it improved my case. I failed to proofread!
Hope you feel better soon, Janice.
Missed the live stream but just wanted to say that I hope you feel better soon. I, also, have not had IT.
You're looking feverish, Janice , sending healing prayers xx
What a great birthday party for David!
Feel better Janice
I agree with you Shawn!!! Food was cooked at home not eating out all the time.
Hello watching the replay! I hope and pray you get feeling better! ❤
Yes, we had homemade cakes, pies or cookies, never any little Debbie’s or store bought sweets.
Hope you feel better soon Janice. You may need to rest a bit more (which honestly sounds impossible given your day to day) keeping you in my prayers ❤
Agree with Shawn. Children when I was younger were healthier. I knew only one person who was allergic to anything. We were out playing dawn to dusk and barefoot in the summertime. We ate well, lots of veggies and some fruit. We didn't take vitamins or supplements.
Happy birthday to Abigail!
Some people get it and don’t know it until they test when someone else has it.
I have learned that as soon as you have the first sign of it starting you have to jump right on the medication.
My second time was worse. Had so much congestion and gunk. Never thought I was going to get well, had to take that nasty medicine two rounds.
Hi beautiful family! Maggie from Newfoundland , Canada! Love you guys!
I enjoy all of your videos
I will be 70 next birthday! Y’all are babies!🥰🤪. I have a 41 yr old child and a 36 year old child. And two dear grandchildren!
We did not use chemicals farming crops or the garden back in the 1970s.
Missed the Livestream but loved watching, I hope you're back to health soon Janice. Back in the day kids weren't poisoned by so much processed foods & artificial additives & possible GMOs The new so-called Health industry has jumped on the 'bandwagon' & joined the snack food industry, so Sad! We lived homesteading in the bush & I'd do 'Takeaway at Home' the kids & us loved it. It was a beautiful time of Life! Love from Oz. 💖🇦🇺🙏
Sherry from old town, Florida. Praying for you!
Told Miss Vicki and Phil you sent us over. So nice. Thank you
Hi 👋 from the wonderful foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains of East Tennessee, Love 💕💕💖🥰💕❤️💕 your show 🎉🎉❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂😂
Don’t stress, in July I will be 69. My sister is a year and 17 days older than me. We were talking and the comment came up that we are the two old ladies that we used to talk about.
Missed the live stream...hope you are feeling better
Replay...hi from KANSAS. Did the yard light Angel I sent you blow away or get destroyed in your storm? Rebecca should set with dad. She must be a mommas girl.😊. I hope you get better Janice.
We had to take my great grandma keys away due to her dementia.. she had decided to go to the grocery store and took off.. she was missing for like 5 or so hours.. we ended up finding her several blocks down on her same street going in the wrong direction from her house that she had lived in for 65 years.. she hadn't even made it to the store and was so scared and confused.. we knew it has time..but let me tell ya what a spitfire she was.. what we didn't know was she had SEVERAL spare keys to her car hidden.. luckily her neighbor was a snitch and would call us if she noticed her trying to get in the driver's seat and would stall her so someone could hurry up and get there to take the keys away again😂 😂😂😂 we eventually had to take the actual car away.. and boy did she have some choice colorful words for us after she figured out where her car went and why. Losing her independence was VERY hard on her..
As long as you are healthy 50 doesn’t matter. :)
You should be around people it helps build your immune system if you are never exposed to other people then when the one in 1 million times you are you’re gonna catch everything that’s in the community or wherever you’re at so it’s good Janice that you and your family are around other people you can be too careful. I worked in the medical field for over 18 yearsand have seen it first most important thing is just wash your hands.
I got it late. Love watching your live stream. Hello.
From Minnesota.
I have mast cell activation syndrome. I can break out from something that I had no idea I was allergic to and have to use my Effie pin break out and severe eyes say how so have regular allergies that I'm allergic to that I have to keep my EpiPen around for and then I will just randomly break out and highways from something that I've used for years and years and years so it's something that you really need to pay attention to and make sure there's not a more serious issue going on. We just love you Janice and want to make sure that you take care of yourself I hope you don't have MCAS but there's specific testing they can do to try to find out if you keep having can allergy eruptions that you don't know why or what causes them.
LOL...I agree Sean. if it comes from the ground...fruit or veggie...lol!
Try not to whisper, as an RN who has worked in ears, nose and throat I can tell you that strains your voice more.
Canada sees you
Yes Sean...kids were healthier. We ate dirt and drank from the garden hose...I'm 59. ate better and exercised more while playing
Burning and pain in chest, also coughing ,and post nasal drip are also signs of acid reflux/gerads disease
Shawn and Janice i have to go my tablet is not holding up the way it did before the tablet is dieing and i am not near a plug outlit . It takes 6 hours to get it fully charged. I am sorry i wish i could stay on for the whole hour or longer please forgive me.
Watching rerun but restaurant food tears my stomach up really bad if I do go out to eat I can only go to a certain restaurants and order certain things I can't be adventurous in a restaurant because I will pay for it later so we sit till I text this girl's house Olive garden fire truckers and that kind of thing! I hope you feel better soon Hope David and Abigail had the happiest of birthdays
Oh my! You have a major case of allergies. I grew up on a farm and I have major allergies…trees..grasses…weeds…molds, mildew…citrus…
Feel better soon god bless
My oldest grandchild turns 40 June 16.
I missed your live chat.
We have had COVID twice (at least) it was less severe the second time.
I have bad allergies. Someone once said to ake a tsp of raw honey everyday is suppose to help.
Hello from Georgia
We have not had the “C” in our home.
Kids now a days eat pre packaged processed foods for most meals. They are inside with vitamin deficiency.
I’m drinking Tang now just bought it today at Walmart
I want Sarah to learn a song by the gathers called thank you lord for your blessings on me. I think she has the voice for it.
Watching from Pennsylvania
We have more processed food now than we had fifty years ago.
We were military and Stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, my youngest son was 2 1/2 till 5 he had the worst allergies, then he went to AIT there when he was 19 and again he's allergies were so bad he's Drill Sgt made him go to sick call!!!
Wow, Cathy, there's definitely something in that area that his body didn't like! :)
@@ozarkfamilyhomestead Yes! We live in WV and he has some allergies but nothing like when we and just himself at times we're at FLW Missouri!
Watching the next day , but yes I ate better then kids now do ,, my mom had a saying I'm not buying junk food I'm only buying good food , so no cereal , potatoe chips , popcorn was our treat & I raised my 2 kids the same ,,
Antihistamine and nose spray is how I live. All my life I have had bad nasal problems. I live close to Exxon refinery and that doesn’t help either.
My oldest child is 61.
processed foods mostly cereals seem to cause major health issues
It is a sweet gum tree
Yes, less processed food. More activity and no msg.
Flonase is a lifesaver for me.
me my husband never got it never stayed away from anyone
Board of Health can tell you facts on kids health. Children had parasites, diseases, walking without shoes on soil is asking for worms. Not all had nutrition .
We ate “real” food growing up - no GMO’s & we played outside from morning until dark. (#Replay)
Shawn, my theory is that way back then we didn't have as much chemical in our food as there is today, so yes we were healthy. I was born in 1943 so I am older.
It great on our end..
Get well. Let children do show. That would be wonderful. Shawn can be the Producer. How did you get sick.
I've never had it.
I bet lego’s
Yes, kids were healthier 40, 60 years ago than now.
Most kids these days don't play outside, do not play in the dirt, play play station.
Your family or familys with a homestead are an exeption. Your kids are a lot outside, do not watch TV a lot, read books etc. The food these days is somewhat better. During both worldwars most Germans ( I'm German) did not have enough to eat. My grandmother almost died from starvation.
If you go back 200, 500 years, we have now more to eat. The bad part is obesity. Genetic engenired food the other.
Try eating local honey.
FIXING SUBSCRIPTION ISSUES ‼‼‼ Hi Janice. I watch (Dumpster Diving Momma of 2)
She has a 3 minute video on HOW TO CHECK NOTIFICATIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ‼‼‼ Might help fix viewers issues 😊
Pollen drops at night. Keep the windows closed.
I enjoy seeing families working together in several parts of the world. Lovely to see children staying as children not being made into mini adults at a young age. The Sullivan family with 12 children show some beautiful parts of Scotland try and get them to 20k. Bless you all.
Why don’t you test for Covid?
Arriving tomorrow by 9 PM for Sarah
This new strain I think is called FLIRTY…. and is not good by all accounts…UK. Wondered why call you lady subscribers “ Miss/ Missy? Is it if they are single ladies?
Bradford pears are awful trees. They cause lots of damage. Very weak limbs
It’s been so slow with veg in the garden. One lot of runner beans eaten by slugs but I have another lot nearly ready to plant out. Same as you weather has been so bad this year…. Snow forecast for Scotland soon!!!🫤
