- Review of the new Titleist Vokey WedgeWorks V grind lob wedge. The V grind is a higher bounce grind that combines trailing edge relief for open faced shots with bounce for square shots. MacGregor is back with new MT-Milled and MT-Pro forged irons for the skilled player. The MT-Milled is a cavity back iron with stronger lofts for added distance. The MT-Pro is more blade-like with traditional lofts for players who want precision.
Great review. Would be of interest to see you compare the MacGregor forged irons to the Avoda irons.
I play the MT Milled! I love them! Really good feel, accuracy, distance!
Love the look and some of these DTC have really stepped up game. However I agree with you %100… why would they ruin a potential great set of irons and put a bunch of offset on short irons… smh. Could a 4 handicap play the muscle backs comfortably? I also love look of Haywood PD1 …vs MT milled which would you bag first ?
Never seen anyone just talk about one club/wedge in my life. Great information but geez......Im into this Vid for 10:24 minutes and I have 38:17 minutes left........Forged MacGregor Iron review next............
How do you think the V compares to the D? Or M? Great stuff, thanks!
May buy the Mac MT-milled black irons, how is the black finish on them? Baked in or like a painted that will were off quickly?
Would u play the MT milled over the Ping blueprint S for price difference?
That is a tough call. I will say no just because I don't like the look of the reverse offset and they are a touch firmer than the Blueprint S
17 minutes and 19 seconds talking about one wedge? Okay........
Comparison to G425 irons?
MT Milled option
