Full marks to you for standing your ground. It annoys me that the police keep complaining that because of cuts they have to reduce the number of officers and they can no longer protect the public but they soon find the staff to deal with silly stuff like this. If the officers aren't actually on a callout to deal with a crime they could at least park up in a known high crime area and perhaps have a walk around just as a visual deterrent, at least that could be seen as productive activity till an emergency arises.

It is a shame that having established that nothing unlawful was happening, that they hadn't just withdraw gracefully. Especially since we know that police resources are being stretched so thin all over the country.
Guilty of suspicion ! These would be the same people, who'd be asking the public for any photographs, video's or dash cam footage of an incident. What an oxymoron
I work security, and I find it amusing as hell that cops will rush out for non-crime like this....yet take 2 hours when I call in after being assaulted.
You could ask those hapless security guard whats they are so exercised about. Then drop this suggestion to them: "Do you reckon that I am a decoy so my mates can breach security on the other side of your plant while your all messing around with me?"
Interesting that resources can always be magically found at short notice when a corporation requests isn't it? Now, why would that be? * Chin stroke * Model audit mate. Everyone needs to conduct their testing of rights in this manner.
Being from Runcorn this makes me so angry, they're so incompetent it stinks, absolute waste of resources. Would loved to have been there fighting this ridiculous cause with you. Keep doing what you're doing.
Good vid. When coppers approach you, ask who they are serving, & caution them. When coppers infer things like "being obstructive", caution them, & remind them THEY are the ones interfering & being obstructive.
On this occasion the police response was totally over the top - 3 Cops. The narrator is right, they always find resources when a Corporation calls but DON'T turn up when a normal person gets burgled.
It's my belief they were trying to pin you to the vehicle as they have the power to obtain details under the road traffic act. You'd basically given them the finger and said "I'm not telling you" so they were trying to put you in a position where you have to. Well played keeping your cool and just going about your business, you see a lot of videos where the photographer gets a little aggressive with defending themselves and it backfires
I have worked at Ineos for a good while, and yes, there are things they wanna hide. This company has no regard whatsoever of the safety and health of the local community. environment
She said “I’m a woman policeMAN”?!? That is just as ridiculous as her calling someone out for not recognizing her gender! 🙄 I guess it’s not near as ridiculous as 3 policemen … or 2 policemen & 1 woman policeMAN … interrogating a man doing a perfectly LEGAL activity!! So which is it, the initial call was for a “suspicious vehicle”, but also the initial call was for a man with a camera? This entire encounter was ridiculous, & I love that you’re so polite while also pointing out their ridiculous response & behavior over a man doing a legal activity!
Dear me . What a waste of 3 police cars ? They cry about cut backs !!! Total BS they simply can't allocate the resources correctly ... Cheshire police need to get up to speed with reality . All this man was doing is available on any Google map application . Discracefull wast of public money
FOCUS POCUS YOU ARE THE BEST AUDITOR. THIS is an example of the police trying to make a crime OUT OF A LEGAL ACTIVITY. I understand the police have INVENTED A NON CRIME ORDER where no crime has been COMMITED but the police draw up paperwork saying that the police DISAPROVE of your non-crime but want to lecture you on their opinion and will be watching you doing your non-illegal activity. DAM IT THAT'S AN END TO MY TRAIN SPOTTING ACTIVITY.!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THE FACES OF ALL COPS STANDING AROUND IN DISBELIEF THAT DISPITE NO CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITED THIS CITIZEN DOES NOT WANT TO HAVE A "CHAT" WITH THEM. ARE THEY SO LONELY THAT THEY SEARCH OUT LAW ABEYDING CITIZENS TO TALK TO.? HAVE THEY NOT GOT BURGLERIES TO ATTEND AND SOLVE.? THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE POLICE ARE UNABLE TO IDENTIFY A TERRORIST SO TO HELP THEM THEY AIM TO COLLECT IDS OF ANYONE WHO IS "SUSPICIOUS " AS DATA AND IN THERE THINKING GANSTERS "USE" CAMERAS, THEY HAVE SEEN IT IN THE CINEMA FILMS, SO PHOTOGRAPHERS BE THEY AUDITORS, BIRD WATCHERS, TRAINSPOTTERS OR STREET PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE THERE FIRST CHOSE TO CONFRONT. HOW VERY SAD.!
What is wrong with the call handlers? Someone is reporting photography and she dispatches 3 police cars!? But you’re right, report a real crime and nothing happens!! Next time my neighbours are fighting I’ll just say I’m taking pictures of them. Bound to get a response 🤦
Ive watched a few of these Audits now, I often end up with mixed feelings of 'Provoking a Reaction' or 'Wasting Police Time' it can sometimes make for uncomfortable watching, but then I read the comments below backing up what your doing and well I cant really argue back. Especially the 'Use your Right or Loose It' This one in particular I actually enjoyed watching, I thought the stills and video footage you were gathering actually had some purpose it told a story in context of the site and the state of lack of maintenance . A good document all from the safety of the Public Footpath needing no permission. Im surprised they haven't got you with the 'tripods causing an obstruction'! Agreed I thought the Lady officer did a grand job of taking in the situation. If their PR dont want public to see in, build a wall round it. Shame you have to carry that monster of a camera and tripod around with you as a m4/3 Olympus with image stabilisation would give you twice the reach and no need for a tripod ;-) but it just wouldn't cut it as a red flag. I doubt the is a person on this Island who is not aware of the fact our modern British police have become the most anti citizen force in history. From spending £1.1million investigating citizens joking about Grenfell Towers to arresting 500% more innocent citizens under the Terrorism Act than they have actually arrested real terrorists, they have shown themselves to be totally unfit to be trusted with our well being.
Since I live in Runcorn I may have to test this out and see how many arseholes I can get standing around hahahaha Let's see if we can beat three cars lol
@Kevin Burrow well considering the "service" is hemorrhaging money and cuts are being made left right and centre, I think its about time they focus efforts and stop pandering to these corporate idiots. The one and only reason they don't want pictures taken is it will more than likely highlight numerous safety concerns and expose the site for what it is, a rundown pollution pumping waste of space.
@Kevin Burrow I have no problem with authority my friend, and bakery ? Its ineos, they make chemicals that regularly leak and cause major health problems. Runcorn, Weston point to be precise is blacklisted for cancer
@Kevin Burrow pay attention Kevin these aren't "my" videos and I was only referring to the site in runcorn as its where I live, and besides that, what this man is doing is perfectly legal and in its self highlights "busybody's" that try to enforce what they assume is the law. Now that's said I've enjoyed our debate thank you 👍
Mate, you need to stop repeating yourself to different police officers just speak to only the highest ranked officer and if any of the lower rank officers speak to tell them to bugger off you are only going to speak to their boss!!
The problem is that the police know the photography laws and that legally they can't move you on: only thing is, due to their sometimes dubious acts themselves, they want to be able to stop you and because they can't, they'll try to find ANYTHING that can give them cause to do so, no matter how random or tangential it may be. Good luck, fella. 👍
It seems very suspicious to me that you get the number of thumbs down that you do, as I would consider you as one of the best auditors around. Maybe there is an organised effort to discredit you. Anyway, keep up the great work.
You are a force of nature! You are polite, humorous and a great photographer 😉 Again the police are wasting their time, the publics time and have no powers over photography in a public place 😀
I wonder how long the police have been representatives of Ineos? They certainly act like they are. What kind of call generates such a response for an obviously legal activity?

@@janefaulkner3749 I've seen a few in a sweat in Gregg's when theres no doughnuts.
So well executed ! My favourite auditer on here !👍
It is a shame that having established that nothing unlawful was happening, that they hadn't just withdraw gracefully. Especially since we know that police resources are being stretched so thin all over the country.
Their egos will not let them walk away they have like a Crack addiction to getting someone's ID
I not doing anything unlawful so you three should stop wasting police time.
Another gem. I’m enjoying these vids for a second time around. Great work, buddy.
Do not do this or the polices will accuse you of causing a diversion!
"We've been told there's a male with a camera" - nearly choked on my coffee :-D
Interesting that resources can always be magically found at short notice when a corporation requests isn't it? Now, why would that be? * Chin stroke * Model audit mate. Everyone needs to conduct their testing of rights in this manner.
Absolutely right.
To busy playing games on their phones
"And I'm free to stay, aren't I" Funny that. Well handled. They answer questions with questions so do the same to them, they soon stumble and stutter.
Being from Runcorn this makes me so angry, they're so incompetent it stinks, absolute waste of resources. Would loved to have been there fighting this ridiculous cause with you. Keep doing what you're doing.
'Parliament doesn't agree'. A brilliantly devastating response.
Good vid.
When coppers approach you, ask who they are serving, & caution them.
When coppers infer things like "being obstructive", caution them, & remind them THEY are the ones interfering & being obstructive.
you are an amazing auditor,
very quick witted.
these officer have no idea what they are getting themselves into.
Crazy! Car's driving around with dash cams filming everything, so when cars drive past this place they have to turn them off?
On this occasion the police response was totally over the top - 3 Cops. The narrator is right, they always find resources when a Corporation calls but DON'T turn up when a normal person gets burgled.
Impeccable photography skill, almost a crime!!! Well done!
I just love the Brits sense of humor! They're great!
I have worked at Ineos for a good while, and yes, there are things they wanna hide.
This company has no regard whatsoever of the safety and health of the local community. environment
@ KongWookiee Don I know the workers inside wear masks when on the site, even outside, but the public housing over the road a few metres away do not.
Worked here on various demolition projects the place is in an awfull state and its a ticking time bomb
There's been atleast 2 leaks in the past year that weren't reported.

The best auditor on the British channel by far absolutely great
Excellent I only wish I had your calmness. As I really get annoyed when approached by police .more from passed and present experience with them .
Once again, very calm, very knowledgeable and another good audit. Love your text about what might have been said on the phone call, very funny.
That old chestnut "we are getting complaints" ask for the crime number
Hats off mate , some of your photo's are class. love the one of the rusty pipes at the start.
Its like watching reruns of the great Les Dawson ❤ it never gets old 🙃💯😂👍
I absolutely LOVE this video. Great audit.
I love these videos. This is more entertaining than anything from the Main stream media. Long may it continue.
It’s never a consensual discussion.
Interesting comment. What would have happened if FP had asked, if I withdraw consent will that stop you intruding into my personal, legal business?
You aquit yourself a lot better than many of the guys who do this, hats off to you for staying civil.
You’re answers are spot on some auditors say to much or the wrong thing love your stuff
The first police guy was a complete wet blanket. All three were flustered by your questions and answers and well out of their depth. 👍
What is wrong with the call handlers? Someone is reporting photography and she dispatches 3 police cars!? But you’re right, report a real crime and nothing happens!! Next time my neighbours are fighting I’ll just say I’m taking pictures of them. Bound to get a response 🤦
The fact you've got your vehicle there gives them your details mate.
OMG I live in Runcorn and I am shocked didn’t know we had three police officers never mind three cars
Love your ‘transcripts’ ! 👏🤗👍
Ive watched a few of these Audits now, I often end up with mixed feelings of 'Provoking a Reaction' or 'Wasting Police Time' it can sometimes make for uncomfortable watching, but then I read the comments below backing up what your doing and well I cant really argue back.
Especially the 'Use your Right or Loose It'
This one in particular I actually enjoyed watching, I thought the stills and video footage you were gathering actually had some purpose it told a story in context of the site and the state of lack of maintenance .

These are brilliant. Obviously intelligent guy doing the audit which makes it even more entertaining watching the cops struggle. Perfect 👌
Another stellar video.
Love your channel mate, cheers from Australia, well done mate
I doubt the is a person on this Island who is not aware of the fact our modern British police have become the most anti citizen force in history. From spending £1.1million investigating citizens joking about Grenfell Towers to arresting 500% more innocent citizens under the Terrorism Act than they have actually arrested real terrorists, they have shown themselves to be totally unfit to be trusted with our well being.
They always do the "why are you being difficult" when a citizen shows no interest in helping them do their jobs for them.
Since I live in Runcorn I may have to test this out and see how many arseholes I can get standing around hahahaha
Let's see if we can beat three cars lol
@Kevin Burrow the police are a waste of time
@Kevin Burrow what an afternoon of fun it was my friend
Now that's said I've enjoyed our debate thank you 👍
Well done to the female police officer for making a useful contribution to the encounter with these constables!
Mate, you need to stop repeating yourself to different police officers just speak to only the highest ranked officer and if any of the lower rank officers speak to tell them to bugger off you are only going to speak to their boss!!
Excellent video - really exposes the hierarchy of calls and how they are prioritized - commercial immediate and domestic ? whenever !
I have to say your are one of the best auditors in the UK 👍
It seems very suspicious to me that you get the number of thumbs down that you do, as I would consider you as one of the best auditors around. Maybe there is an organised effort to discredit you. Anyway, keep up the great work.
Never get bored of this one.
Officer:
“ What ya doin?”
Photographer:
“ I’m Fishing. I know this is a camera not a fishing rod, but I’m fishing for stupid questions. And your my first catch of the day”
Awesome! MORE MORE MORE
Some really nice stock footage mate! Next level audit quality!
I had to subscribe. You’re awesome, dude. Greetings from Florida.
Where have you gone focus ? Your interactions are quality 😢 👍👍
I THOUGHT THE POLICE ARE STRAPPED FOR CASH YET THERE IS 3 POLICE CARS AND AT LEAST 4 OFFICES MADNES REALLY
You should have 100k subs dude. You're the best auditor I've seen in the uk.
Get your phone out and show them this thing called Google Earth, were all this can be seen anyway.
