Why are the actresses from the thirties, forties , fifties so much more attractive ladies , than this century? Is it nepotism, politics? The ladies used to be beautiful, now they're average plus.
Same thing happened with men in the 70’s. Suddenly DeNiro, Donald Sutherland, Elliot Gould were “leading men”. It wasn’t much to look at. We went from Cary Grant and Rock Hudson to Dreyfus and Hoffman. I think they did it so men could see themselves, identify with the leads. I guess they’re catching up on that idea on the women’s side.
The title is a bit confusing, but the content is quite good
Several actresses turned down Pretty Woman, including Meg Ryan, Michelle Pfeiffer,& Jody Foster
Connie Nielsen is absolutely not Dutch! She’s Danish 😂 Big difference… 😂
Boy, am I glad a lot of these actors/actresses turned down the roles.
zuviel potter
I find it far fetched that Nicholas Cage has ever turned down a role
You are right...the first Aragon was Stuart Townsend. They started filming with him. But had a difference and than Viggo Mortensen got the part.
Tom Cruise in Shawshank Redemption? EW!
