This game may have been short but it is easily a 10/10.
I've played through Spider-Man: Miles Morales three times. I will say Marvel's Spider-Man was superior in terms of story, but the way this universe added more to Miles was really great.
I always felt that comic Miles Morales was much too similar to Peter Parker. His relationship with Phin Mason in this universe was a lot of my emotional anchor to not only the story, but Miles as well. It made me wish that they'd given him a sibling in the comics.
But what I did like about this is story in particular was Prowler. If you've read the comics, you know that Aaron Davis is not exactly the most pure hearted of fellows. In the comics, he's a straight up villain.
But here, his decisions made sense. *Of course* he's gonna try to stop Miles from endangering himself. The loss of his one and only sibling leads him to that extreme. He can't lose another family member because they tried to be a hero.
I also like that Phin got redeemed in the end. It wasn't shocking to me that she was the Tinkerer, but I like that they didn't go the Otto Octavius route again. Her last act was to save Harlem from a mistake she was too hurt to see she was making.
And the flashback sequence in the "Like Real Scientists" mission? That legitimately made me cry the first time I played through it. Partly because it made me forget, for twenty glorious minutes, that Miles and Phin's relationship is so strained in the present. The other part is that I had a best friend in middle school (I'm a boy, she was a girl) and we did get separated when we went to high school. By the time I reconnected with her, she was an almost entirely different person.
I really love the miles in here too.

Absolutely beautiful, I loved the focus you gave to Miles' mom, I find her to be the most relatable part of the game, can't wait to be able to add subtitles to this, you always deliver with your GMVs man! Keep it up!
