fine strainer will stop the butter particle seep through. The residue when we melt the butter is not kova. we heat through until the residue changes its color. slightly pinkish red not dark. then you suddenly get the fresh aroma of tuppa. I put the pot in the bowel of water so that it does not boil further. when it is warm enough, slowly pour the clear top liquid portion,without giggling the pot into a container with a fine strainer. here the residue is floating around. usually when it is done it will settle at the bottom.
