Today I made homemade vanilla ice cream without CREAM or CONDENSED MILK!

Egg yolks (3 pcs.).
Vanilla tincture (1 tsp) or vanilla sugar (1 tsp).
Milk (480ml/2 cups).
3 egg whites.
Sugar (120g/4.2oz).
Grated chocolate.
RECIPE 2 - The most delicious coffee ice cream!
Egg yolks (4 pcs.).
Sugar (120g/4.2oz).
Milk (200ml/3/4 cups + 1 tbsp).
1/2 bar chocolate (50g/1.8oz).
Cream 33-36% (400ml/1+3/5 cups).
Nescafé instant coffee (20g/0.7oz).
sugar (80g/2.8oz),
Very cold water (60ml/~1/4 cup).
