Great video! I haven't been to Universal for at least 20 years. I need to go because I'm in my 70s now and the old body is finding hours on the feet harder and harder to deal with.
i love this becuse its gru saying HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THE RESTNICTED AREA?!
This ride exists purely to keep the families with kids away from the good rides. They all queue here, I run to Mummy or MIB or Simpsons. I see this as an absolute win.
Wouldn't queue any more than 10 mins for this one, especially since they inexplicably cut the 3D. Strange move, really kills any sort of immersiveness.
This is one of my favorite Universal rides along with Jurassic Park, the Velocicoaster, and the Forbidden Journey.

@@SilentSkipper. Hanna-Barbera opened with the park in June 1990 before closing in October 2002.
Jimmy Neutron then opened in its place in April 2003 before closing in August 2011.
Then, Despicable Me took over in July 2012.

I guess you're supposed to experience the attraction through the eyes of Minion after all you are supposed to be one.

Awesome video. I’ll have to ride this one during our November trip! I’m taking Dramamine this time around for the rides. Hopefully this one isn’t as bad as The Simpsons.

Do you get drowsy with Dramamine? I usually take the non-drowsy Meclizine instead. It works really well.

I completely forgot about the ride I only remember the queue and preshow, it was cool with the 3D. Without it it’s kind of lacking

I enjoyed this show. Warning, even in off-season such as winter months, it is still popular and people who have never been to the park will flock to it. I wish they would at least build Super Silly Fun Land at Epic Universal...

Kinda strange how the universal removed 3D support, considering that the animation was meant for Stereoscopic 3D in most parts.
But I totally understand why it was removed since 3D was becoming an dying fad as the years went on.

3D when it’s done right can be great but most of the time it’s done so poorly, or shown on a dim projector so it often gets a bad wrap. Films like Alita and Avatar tho, 3D is absolutely an awesome added level of immersion.

One thing I don't get is why Universal Orlando doesn't have Super Silly Fun Land... I think the other parks have it, including the one in Japan.
Note: if you watch the Minions, when Agnes gets overexcited and demands Gru take them to SSFL, Gru loses control of his car and hits a fisher who falls off the cliff. So, did Agnes accidentally kill someone? 😁
Can 4 year olds ride this? As in they won't be flying off the seat. I know it's a family ride, but curious if the seats are secure for a 41 incher kid.
I don’t know the height requirements but I’m sure a 4 year old could ride it. The seats don’t move that much honestly and it has a lap bar.
Yes a four year can ride this, my daughter went on this ride at 4
