sugar 1 tsp
yeast 1 tsp
beaten Egg 1
oil 1-2 tbsp
milk 100 ml

garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
Onion Chopped 1 Cup
Chicken boneless 400gm
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
dried parsley 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Bell pepper Chopped 1/4 Cup
Tomato Puree 2-3 tbsp
Milk 1 Cup
grated Cheese as required
Beaten egg

Hello. I made these baked rolls and they turned out awesome!! Here is my experience:
The chicken filling took no time to cook. With 400gs of chicken, you can fill 20 of such rolls. I found that the onion requirement can be met by using a single medium sized onion rather than a full cup. Also, instead of one cup of milk you can add half cup. This way the chicken filling will be soft but less runny.
I made the dough using a mixer. The recipe proportion was perfect and the dough was visually the same as video but when I touched it, it was pretty hard. So what I did was, I added 1 to 2 tbsp extra milk and kneaded the dough with my hands. The final result was soft and pleasant!! This dough was enough to make 10 rolls.
For an amateur baker like myself, the most difficult and times consuming part of the dish was flattening the dough into large stripes for rolls. Literally took me 45 mins. So if you are making this recipe for the first time, then make sure you start the process earlier than estimated time.
Otherwise the recipe was sooo sooooo sooooooo good!! Thanks for sharing it!!! Totally following this channel for more content!!
