Actually, looking at it from a bit of a logical perspective. That Truck was definitely speeding. It's a neighborhood route. As such the speed limit shouldn't had been as high enough to kill her.
Hell, there are plenty of videos here in youtube of "amazing" drivers running into people. And the people actually survive.
For her to die, the Truck was definitely speeding. So in a way it's not her fault.
