Elevator Action Returns (Saturn) 1CC, Very Hard difficulty - Jad

My first 1CC on the hardest difficulty. Also the first run in which I take no damage in stage 6. Grenade stock was set to 10 to match default arcade settings.
Difficulty changes only one thing: The delay normal enemies take before firing at the player. On Very Hard, they don't wait at all, which makes them far more dangerous. This can result in situations where two enemies fire bullets at different heights, making damage unavoidable. Because of this, some screens have to be done completely differently. However, stages 5 and 6 have no enemies affected by this, so they can be done the same as normal.

Never played the Saturn version. Are there any differences other than having the option to use a third button for sub weapon?
