The dialog is so amazing. We learn quickly that this brother is working class, busy with work, that Lisbon's a bit estranged despite the friendly welcome because she doesn't know which kid this was, and Jane saved her from further embarrassment by asking about a third baby she didn't know about. All without anyone saying that. And Lisbon didn't always have high standards for the boys she went out with.

I love how Patrick keeps looking at Teresa's brother, like trying to find the traits of the woman he loves in his (sec 0.55)... such an important moment for them as a couple and Simon was able to deliver this kind of feeling beautifully
He's dumb but he's not stupid. No phrase comes close to how accurately this describes me.

basically someone who is smart when it counts but dumb when it doesn't matter.......i get it because my sister is dumb but not stupid lol very book smart and intelligent overall, masters degree, but her common sense is out the window.
