Something that I have found to be really good lately are the journey through space type visualization/guided meditation.
The more detailed and descriptive the better to increase immersion.
One of the ones I really like is Lina Grace "journey to Mars" but something like that that took a journey through the entire Solar system would be extremely relaxing

I love your headache and migraine video, it’s pretty old now but it takes us to a lagoon. I love that lagoon. I listen to it not just when I have a headache, it’s very good for any tension and helps me relax and sleep. ❤
I try to think of the most beautiful thing I saw during the day, and go over it in detail..it could be anything from a smile from a stranger to the way the butter looked melting on my baked potato...just something that pleased me.

Also, a technique I’ve found that helps me relax and sleep is simply staying in the moment and telling myself not to worry and hyper focus on anything concerning the past or future. I tell myself that in the current moment, all that matters is right now, and when those anxious or obsessive thoughts start appearing again I just think “Oop- there that thought is again. It’s time to turn my brain off and focus on just relaxing and getting sleep.”, as many times as I need to until they eventually dissipate and I finally start drifting off. So many therapists and counselors will tell you this practice is so important and it’s so true. I hope this can help everyone ❤
Absolutely correct and true! I find myself doing this very technique and have found it to literally be the difference between whether or not I end up relaxed or sleep versus anxious and maybe even more uncomfortable because I was thinking of my past, mistakes, regrets, etc. As well as my future, anxieties, fears, events that I don't have any control over.
It really is a phenomenal technique and I hope that anyone who reads my comment will consider giving it a go; focus on Michaels voice, his accent, the word choices he uses, following his instructions at the same time as him, and practice mindfulness!

I’ve been listening to your hypnosis before I go to bed and when I say it literally calms my mind down. It does, it helps shut my mind off and I fall asleep. Hello Michael Sometimes I listen to chanting on UA-cam and/or light rain or cricket sounds help.. If there's any modulation in pitch or sounds jars me awake. This is why your hypnosis videos are the best your voice is so soothing and monotone. You're my go to! You are a blessing to many and changing lives.

One of my favourite visualisations is to imagine myself floating gently above my bed. Another is lying on a deserted beach in the shade listening to the sound of water gently lapping at the shore. (Underneath Palm Trees of course!!).

You do seem to know the world’s weaknesses. All the best to you Michael, thank you for your work. I share you with so many of my friends who are struggling.
My nighttime visualization is going through the names of people I know and love and thinking about how much I love them. I imagine wrapping them in love, I imagine them healed from whatever troubles them.
I start with family and then wind up sometimes on a friend from first grade or maybe some random stranger who was kind years back.
Sometimes I get crazy with it and imagine high five-ing random souls. That's as far as I get before falling asleep.
I know that's probably not really positive visualization that way it's supposed to be, but as a kid I had nightmares a lot and I found that kept them away. It became a habit.

Hello Michael, I have been listening to your sleep hypnosis religiously for the past 3 years and it has helped me to get over my depressing thoughts after breakup. Could I request you to do a sleep hypnosis for weightloss and of making conscious and healthy food choices followed by a few positive affirmations.. Hi I have been with you since 4 years now from a dif acc I think but somehow I got a suggestion, could you do a hypnosis on a partner whose pulling away and you wanna draw his masculine energy to you by scaling my feminine energy? If I sound silly I try my best to make it simple ♥️
I don't think this is a viable suggestion. This is, IMHO, self hypnosis that we choose to do for ourselves. Others must choose this for themselves themselves.
I used this yesterday bcs lately i can't sleep from overthinking. I don't even follow the instructions. Just listen, and voila i slept!

Venessa am a mother of 2 and a nanny of 4 everyone will tell you something different to do and that can totally confuse you,my daughter just gave birth 3mths ago and was finding it very hard at the start and as I said to her whenever the baby sleeps you try sleep,she was worried about everything,now she has the baby in her own room with camera's of course,but she puts the baby down to sleep at 9 and she doesn't wake till 8the next morning,so you do what you think is best,and if baby is crying and you think your going mad step out of the room take a few deep breaths and go back in,am only commenting now as I just seen your comment,and yes Michael is brilliant every one of his mediations are brilliant am asleep within 10mins of putting it on and that's anyone I've listened to as I have my own problems am bypoler and that's just one of my problems
