HERNE: A Kentish Village in Lockdown

This short documentary was made while doing permitted exercise during lockdown in the Covid-19 virus pandemic in May 2020. Scenes were shot using a handheld camcorder and celebrates the best of nature in late Spring... the birdsong seemed louder, the flora more vibrant, and the colours of the cottage gardens seemed that much brighter.
In the UK the death toll at present due to the virus is over 38,000. This video is dedicated to all those who have lost their lives and will never again awake to the scenes those of us who remain can enjoy.
