I wish he would have elaborated more on the number of fermenters. I could imagine only brewing on a 1BBL system, and brewing everyday, you would need at least a dozen fermenters.
It takes 2 weeks to ferment and you want to brew each day of the week. So you brew 9 times after that first fermenter before being able to empty it. 10 Fermenters will do for standard 2 weeks beers. More can help if you like strong and longer to ferment beers
depends on how many times you'd like to brew each week OR how much volume you want to sell weekly. brew 3 times a week with Ales (14 days cycles) you'd need 6 fermenters to keep pace. and so on
Just doing the math for my state between equipment insurance building licensing permits copyright fees I think you’ll be upwards of probably 1,000,000+ and if you want to go from nanoBrewery do you want up your game to brewpub then you’ll looking more money.
Americans and their imperial system, speak metric, i'm sick of throwing figures into an online volume converter... i am laughing while i am typing this, but it is frustrating

He did. They mentioned having larger 7bbl conicals to double batch beers. Otherwise, yes, you would need several fermenters.

Just a shame we cant get those kettles outside the USA.
You can get video editing software to remove or reduce the background noise.
Adobe Audition is a great program for just such a thing.
A "beer" barrel is 31 gallons. 31 gallons equals 117 liters
for perspective in Ontario Canada a 5bbl system will cost you around 150k
Griffin Data 150k for a 5 bbl system seems wayyy over priced imo.
