For the average person no, it would make them stronger but not bigger. For someone who genetically has much more developed calf muscles and wants to avoid them getting bigger, maybe avoid steep hills/incline and walk at a more chilled pace

Don’t underestimate the power of walking! Walking on a hill or incline makes your bum rounder and perky too
walking is literally one of my favorites forms of exercise, it’s good for your body and also very fun with music! ty for your videos 🫶🏻
