How to turn on your Samsung Galaxy phones without the power button

- Note* If it didnt work on the first few tries, take out your S-Pen and try it again. You also have to do it really quick. Sliding the battery out and in again instead of taking the whole thing out.
To power on, Take your charger and charge it in your phone. When it shows that it charges (when the indicator is moving) quickly take out your charger and immediately take out your battery and put it back in again and it will on.

This worked for my Samsung Galaxy Xcover!

Did your phone work well after you repaired the power button? Because one of the staff in Samsung customer care said I should not repair the power button because for that they would have to open the whole phone and from his expression I could tell that it is not going to be good for my phone..
@@tashbihanashit3285 yes. It did. It still works until today. But I got a new phone and let my dad use it. Still doesnt have a power button so we never shut it down or let it get out of battery

Dude! This totally just worked on my Galaxy Note 2. I thought I was screwed and would be going to get a phone tonight having lost all my locally saved data. Now I'll pull a lot more time out of it because I've got chargers everywhere!
Or you can just press home + low volume immediately after connecting the charger... and chose restart from the menu
nnot without using the llock button to select reboot

You can try without removing the charger off
ya curently my galaxy note 2 which I have right now the power button won't work and I haven't shut it off for around three months since I have gotten it

i know how to turn on the galaxy s duos.... Its similar to that method but youll just have to keep the charger on while u take of the battery and put it back after. Then, remove the charger quickly when you see the phone screen on

I kept my charging cord plugged to the phone and removed battery and inserted back. But then it showed me the battery display again and I removed my charging cord. Thanks bro, this finally worked. plug in your charger, do not wait for the number charging symbol to show, unplug as soon as the first symbol show on the phone then quickly take battery out and put in again. This worked on my Samsung Galaxy S5.

THIS SAVED MY LIFE THANK YOU!! The power button got stuck on the note 3 and eventually fell off... so the phone was useless since I couldn't turn it on. It worked on the first try!
The theory behind this? I think! This has the most positive comments i ever read. What an incredible feeling reading so much successfulness creating a very excited happinesses. If you had a phone that would have to be charged frequently you could by additional batteries. While in a call talking to someone and your battery beeps letting you know your call is coming to an end , i would pull the battery and insert a fully charged battery and continue on with my call. So while taking on the phone you can pull your battery out and put it back in and keep on talking. That why it turns on when you pull the battery . The phone thinks your in a call a tries to resume the call.

Before this every time i had to open my phone connect the power butter socket to the mother board then take it out immediately to start my phone. :D
if this doesn't work then there is an another technique you guys can switch on the mobile without power button.
1. Your mobile is turned off.
2. Insert the USB cable (connected to a power source), Hence you will see the logo of "charging battery"
3. It would take at-least 3-4 Seconds to appear the logo of "charging battery" because the phone is in switched off mode, Anyways within this 3-4 seconds before the "charging battery" logo appears just press the "Volume Up button + Home Button" and then you will shown with a message as "Reboot the phone" which means Restart the phone.
4 Now your phone is turned on.
In this case you will never require to open the phone case or battery case and make sure that this magic happens within 3-4 seconds after plugging in the power cable only with power source but not by connecting to other source like laptop, computer etc.
