Yeah, in some songs the breathing sounds too harsh,or there most likely isn't breathing at all. But here, it's perfectly done. Just enough to add to the realism,but not so much to make you aware it is a fake sound.

Real talk, the tuning is actually amazing, it reminds me of an older style of singing, like Marilyn Monroe / Wizard of Oz era. All the vibrato bits and the changes in vowel sounds like at 0:44 make Miku sound more realistic, and it's just...so good. So nice.

Vocaloid is a program where you put in lyrics and then whatever vocaloid you're using sings those lyrics. Hatsune Miku (who's singing here) is a vocaloid. Ctrl Ult Delete put the lyrics in the program and got Miku to sing it.
I'm not too sure on the specifics of how Vocaloid works bc I use UTAU, but that's basically all you need to know for now.
