Hi, sure, you can use the workout timer function for timers. Press 'mode' twice from home and then press and hold 'disp' for 3 seconds to go into settings for that mode. Set the timers from there as you prefer. Thanks for watching, hope this helps!
Yes I would say it does if you have the run function on. The watch won't measure the vo2 max recovery if just measuring hr and steps manually. Thanks for watching, hope this helps!

From the watch display screen navigate to the activity log screen (press the mode button 6 times)...then select log (press the RUN button) select the logs you want to delete and hold down on the DISP button for 2 seconds and you should have the option to remove them.
