Do you need to fill out a separate application for your mother? While filling out the form, my primary applicant is my father and I only see one option as dependent and if this person will be traveling with you in the form. I selected it yes but still want to confirm once.

I didn’t apply proof of accommodation but I have 2300 pound in my uk bank account and my mother is a applicant from India she has 5000 pound in fixed deposit and 2800 saving in her bank account = 7800 is good. I am living in a renting house with my wife that’s why I asked, my landlord didn’t give us the renting agreement

You can definitely apply for the visa. You just need to proof that you have enough funds to support yourself here.
