Yann Quenet a french designer sell cheap 3D plans he made a very small skrawll, I bet he is able to build one with hydrofoils and on a slight bigger scale, all you have to do is ask him ! Knowing that the prices for his plans are around 100 € to 150 € that's not much.
@@Heimrik01 Yes it can be built easily in plywood which could keep the cost down. You need to keep the weight down as well. If the bow becomes submerged you get a Dutch barge !
