Hello Paul! It was such interesting to watch this lesson. I am interested in learning that theme. Some of the examples are hard for me. I will study again and again. Thank you so much!
That's a magnificent episode I really appreciate your efforts. May I ask you about (certificate of charge and school certificate) can I say certificate of school? Is there any rule...thanks in advance
Yes, you can use "ing." -- "When it comes to playing guitar, I need a lot of practice." or "When it comes to the guitar, I have a lot to learn." This gives me an idea for a video. Thanks, Alexander.
@@Learnamericanenglishonline I've got another question which could give you an idea for a video. For example if there are bananas, apples and oranges on a table I don't know if I have to say that there are differents kind of fruits, there are different kinds of fruits or there are different kind of fruits. I hope it makes sense
@@AlexanderParisi different kinds of fruit. Having said that; the noun fruit is considered as non-countable. We can say differnt kind of fruits but it is less common although I must say that grammaticaly is correct.
Yes, there are a few differences in how we treat nouns--collective nouns--but I don't think the differences are that significant. Pronunciation and word choice, however, are different. I love British English, but it would sound silly for me to try to teach it because I grew up in the U.S., hence Learn American English.
Appreciate Sir. Could you please explain that why you don't say " I have a terrible eyesight but I have terrible eyesight. (A article) Eyesight is noun and adjective comes before it. 4:20 - 4:25 is mute.
This is the best way I have ever seen to make the grammar by far easier.Thank you so much
“Adjectives don’t have plural endings “ is the answer on thousands questions. Lovely grammar and perfect teacher! Thank you

Splendiferous video, I've got a question, if I use the expression "when it comes to" the following verbs goes with ing or not?
I am not a native speaker but I would say it goes with ing.
Yes, you can use "ing." -- "When it comes to playing guitar, I need a lot of practice." or "When it comes to the guitar, I have a lot to learn." This gives me an idea for a video. Thanks, Alexander.

Hi!@@AlexanderParisi
you could say "there are variety of fruits on the table".

Hello! Thank you so much 👏
Is it any difference between American English grammar and UK one?
Yes, there are a few differences in how we treat nouns--collective nouns--but I don't think the differences are that significant. Pronunciation and word choice, however, are different. I love British English, but it would sound silly for me to try to teach it because I grew up in the U.S., hence Learn American English.
@@Learnamericanenglishonline I was always confused about it. Thank you so much for your explanation. 🤓👍
Thank u teacher
Hi. Thank you for a lesson. But you forgot to mention about articles before adjectives and adverbs.
Thank you
The verbs stay and grow precede adjectives as well.
In italian we put the adjective after the noun... Like spanish and french...
(4:30) Shouldn't it be rephrased to 'this is (an) orange"?
Can you explain when to use past participle or present participle as adjectives.
Appreciate Sir. Could you please explain that why you don't say " I have a terrible eyesight but I have terrible eyesight. (A article)
Eyesight is noun and adjective comes before it.
4:20 - 4:25 is mute.
Yes, but "eyesight" is a noncount noun, so there's no article.
@@Learnamericanenglishonline Thank you so much Sir. Penney dropped.
Thanks
in Vietnamese language they put yellow after; I have a pencil yellow.
Sir,
How to use getting?
When and where?
"Get" has several meanings. Its meanings depend on the context learnersdictionary.com/definition/get
Adjectives used to follow nouns in English like: Paradise Lost
Greetings! Present participle and present continuous are the same.
I'm ten/10-year old VS I'm ten years old....... which is the right sentence? In spoken English I hear both versions! :/
You can say, "I'm ten years old." or "I'm a ten-year old." Both sound okay.
I have a yellow pencil or I have an yellow pencil?
Buliding storey but you says story you are wrong.
Are you trying to tell me that my spelling of the word "story" is wrong? Hmm.
You are native speaker know you more than me I know ....You are the teacher for me your teaching style is so good and intersting it.
👍👍👍👍👍
