The Calvary Chapel Movement is Non Denominational

In this video I show from Paul Smith's (brother of Pastor Chuck Smith) book "New Evangelicalism" that from the very beginning of the movement, we have always been non-denominational. Those outside the movement often will say we are a "denomination" without really knowing our history or philosophy of ministry. There are non-denominational evangelical movements out there that are godly and biblical, but refuse to be labeled a "denomination". Therefore we as the Calvary Chapel movement started and continue to be non-denominational and strongly autonomous among our fellowship of churches.
