Btw Renji wasnt dead yet. Its fair to assume that the Viserds came straight after Uryu left. Soul Reapers are naturally more resillient than humans so Renji being as strong as he is would actually take a while to die from his injuries.
I mean renji would've had a very hard time to survive if everybody didn't have some type of invisible healing ability. I just think their healing attributes are OP sometimes

Well regardless, hachi noted that he was shot through the chest, almost too cleanly and that he would survive, showing not only uryu’s true motives as but also his expertise in knowing how to shoot a fake killshot somewhat convincingly without hitting anything vital
