I seen and felt the difference the very first time. research it. Distilled water 👎 soften water 👎 purified water 👎 chlorine and Fluoride a thousand times bad. Put salt and minerals back in.
You should technically drink half your bodyweight in water every day. I did that for a while, but got out of the habit. I need to get back in it. This does not include tea, alcohol, or coffee. Hope this helps. Learn that from some massage therapist friends.

I’d give JUST ABOUT ANYTHING TO LOSE WEIGHT RIGHT NOW. But I will not give up my favorite Sweet drinks or foods all together. I draw the line there. And I am trying to walk now to get it. And the problem is! I do not want to pay for a Gum Membership. And I live in a place where it rains more times out of the year. And I HATE THE RAIN. It depresses me. And I get DISGUSTED HAVING TO BE OUT IN IT. If I lived somewhere where I could see the Change of Seasons and not have to deal with even half as much rain throughout the year! That would solve SO MANY PROBLEMS. Too bad I don’t have the money to move to that place! I would move to it if I did. And when it involves work! I have had years where it would only be slow when it was BAD WEATHER & busy when it was good weather. I would have gladly traded the busy during the nicer days of the year to have it be busy during times it would get the worst weather in that kind of situation if I had that power.
I really do need to take this advice on board, I’m trying to lose weight due to a sweet tooth, I’m 1.5 stone overweight, I want to lose that amount of weight in 7 weeks, I doubt I will, but I’m going to drink more water than I need, I’ll keep my fingers crossed, oh, I’m only 13.5 stone , but very slim normally, I blame the pandemic, as I lost my job during that period, at age 74 I no longer have a reason to do too much strenuous work like I did before losing my job, it’s basically a beer belly, but I’ve not drank alcohol for 33 years, just a choice, I was not an alcoholic
