FTL Hard mode, NO pause, Random Ship Streaks! Fed C, 3rd run

September 12, 2024 stream, playing FTL on hard difficulty with NO pausing! We had a frustrating reset on Stealth B the other day, but at least that means Stealth B is down for this streak. The first ship we random today is NOT one of my favorites, it is: Federation C! This ship has one of the worst starting combinations of systems with teleporter and artillery together. One system wants to kill crew, the other wants to kill ships. Can we get the 3rd GG, cookie time on this anti-synergistic ship?!? Time to find out! -- Watch live at / rand118

I will forever advocate the value of the Charge Ion that was passed over at the store. It voraciously tears through Zoltan shields and can often keep shields down on its own with a trained gunner. It's the next best thing to Zoltan Bypass for a boarding ship, and it's more versatile. Tough luck on that Phase 3. That was unfair. Just so unfair.

Lol, I appreciate the sentiment Wanderer! This is one of the few requests I'll turn down, though, because I don't actually WANT to be a crew on my ships. I'd rather leave them for viewers to feel more involved with the stream/run.

You should grab the instant clone and auto heal after battle mod... It's for multiverse but maybe it works in vanilla

Even if it did work it's possible it's not allowed for no pause hard streaks.

@@Melkizidor yeah but speedhacks are allowed i guess? Lmao. The mod only heals if you have spare power for heal/clone, there are no boarders/fires and no breaches on systems
