Dvorak is one of few perfect for start to love classical music. But this one with next one: "My mother taught me", are both for strong nature only. You must listen them alone if you don't want other to see you cry.
And.. There is much of videos of static singers. But this is lovely voice joined also by beautiful visual experience. Shame that it was not made during night. You would be amazing in the full moon light. The moon was really missing here.

I've been comparing YT videos of this song tonight and your performance here is wonderful. I love that you made this storylike video rather than just another stage performance as all the other videos. The only thing missing is maybe an underwater shot with you mouthing the lyrics. I was a professional photographer and having done photo shoots around water they have always been a cold and sandy affair, not to mention those nasty insect bites! I appreciate your bravery to perform in those environs and making it look so effortless.

Yes, I was shocked and greatly saddened when I heard the news. This is a terrible tragedy for your country, for the family, and for all citizens of Japan. My country suffered a similar tragedy in 1963 when our President, John F. Kennedy, was assassinated by a madman as well. I was 23 years old at the time, and full of optimism for the future. But the trauma was sobering, and it started a downward spiral of violence in our society. I wish the best for Japan, it's citizens, and for you and you family personally. Best Wishes, my friend.

Just one thought about the video itself. Being a song/ode to the moon, I would have expected at least one scene with a romantic full or crescent moon, but at the end of the day, creativeness and imagination have no limits, and everyone is entitled to see things their own way.

Rusalka is bit differend specie then mermaid :) In Bohemia is not any ocean or sea . So there live watermen and rusalkas in the rivers, And bc they are amphibians, legs are better then. And although Dvorak spent some time in the USA, he brought the piece of his home there.
