  • It doesn’t matter how ambitious your goal is. You get there by taking one small step after one small step. 100 shots a day. 200 words on the page. 300 pushups. Conditioning. Rehearsals. Whatever reps are in your sport, your business, or your chosen field, you do them.
There is only one condition. You can’t miss a day.
My new book, The Way of the Champion: Pain, Persistence and the Path Forward is available for preorder today, and in all bookstores on May 7th.

This is literally the stupidest video I have ever seen. A top shooter on a team will never take more than 20 shots a game. So you don't need to shoot more than 20 balls a day. Ten left and ten right, with a quality shot.... And focus on all the other aspects of being an athlete and playing lacrosse.....And meanwhile..... rabil has a crooked spinal column and poor agility. Because he forgot that the foundation of all sport is a healthy skeleton.....and he had endless skeletal and knee problems.... Because he thinks shooting is more important than skeletal maintenance. This is insanity.

@sasquatchrosefarts9131 it's about perfecting the skill, in a game you might only take 20 shots but it will take more than 20 shots a day to perfect your shot

@@sasquatchrosefarts9131not only is he arguably the best player of all time he would excel in any sport besides lacrosse watch his lifestyle and how he takes care of his body and practice makes perfect so 100 shots a day makes perfect sense

God Damnnit Paul this fired me up. I remeber hearing this story from you as middle school lacrosse player and I worked everyday, nothing taught me more about discipline then the sport of lacrosse. Now I’m in my 20s working on my first start up business and this story holds even more weight! Thank you brotha ❤
