Casein powder in your shakes or anything dairy i.e. milk/greek yogurt/cheesecake/ice-cream can put on lbs (although dairy can be a problem). Also red meats, fish, eggs, nuts (macademia, pecan), yams/sweet potato, prunes/dates, coconut. As you said, surplus cals and macros. Our body types and training are different but watching your vids are a treat so if bulking is still your goal, hope this helps but if you knew this already, my bad. Simply put: train your body for what you need it to do. Thanks for another upload!
