Thanks so much, Brian! I really appreciate that. I never sleep on anything lol. In fact, often I don’t sleep enough, but that’s another story for another day. But in all seriousness, I always try to remember that George Harrison quote. In an interview, I listen to, he was mentioning something that Paul and John said to him. George said something to the effect of “they told me if I start something then finish it, don’t wait “. I always try to remember that as it hit me pretty hard when I first heard it. If you get a chance to check out the album, I hope you enjoy it Brian. Thanks again for watching!

I'm loving the new album, Lucas. Only listened once so far, I think "Sorrow & Hot Sauce is my favourite, at least for now.

Isn’t that insane? In the world of guitar we think of Martin as being an old company, but it’s got nothing on them.. thanks by the way man, I appreciate your kind words

Hey Lucas, very cool. Funnily enough, I play several instruments myself. I started with drums when I was 10, and even took lessons for a few years. Then I continued with guitar, self-taught, and spent a while with that. I rediscovered the bass a few years ago and I also like to play it now and then. In my case, a P-Bass and a Jazz Bass. Both are slightly better Squier models. For a few weeks now, I've been playing the electric piano regularly. A neighbor here gave it away once.
And I ike your Ludwig drums. I had a birch set from Premier myself back then. The sound of birch compared to maple is so nice and crisp and punchy. But that was a long time ago. ;D
Your Gibson is a dream, really. Man, where can you get such a great guitar!?
By the way, I've just treated myself to your album. I'm looking forward to the sound. Keep it up and all the best to you and your family. Merry Christmas and happy days... J.H.

Hey! First off thank you so much for purchasing the album. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that and I really hope you enjoy it! Interesting to hear about your history with the same instruments. I’m sure if you’ve been playing piano regularly now for a little while then you’re probably much better than me. HAHA all I can really do with it is play some supportive parts, but nonetheless it was fun to do that on this album on a few of the tracks. I love both P and jazz bases. I’ve been really digging the P base lately because I kind of see it as the telecaster of the bass world. Super simple,. Yes, I love the sound of maple drums as well, but when it comes to recording the punch of birch, and the mid range presence is just perfect. I’ve had a number of professional drummers tell me that they love my drum set, and that means a lot to me. It’s actually been the drum set on three of my albums now, always with other people playing it until this album. Oh, that old Gibson is sweet. I’m lucky enough to be borrowing it for a period of time. Unfortunately, it does not belong to me, but I’m making the most of the time I have with it while it’s around.:-) Thanks for letting me know about your history with drums, bass, keyboards, and the like. Always great to hear about this stuff! I hope you enjoy the album and please let me know if you have any trouble at all with the download. Merry Christmas to you and yours as well. 🎄🎸
