You Don't need one there are so many people who do parades without one. Iv never dont the AC one but I have done a few others.

This is the FURSUIT parade, so yes you do need at least a fursuit head. Generally anyone in the parade without a fursuit is a parent/guardian or handler/helper.

I've always wondered, Do people wear clothes under their Fur Suits ,U underwear or nothing? If I were to wear one for Halloween, it would be nice to know.
Under Armour and cooling pads are the go-to for most fursuiters, especially in hot weather. Not everyone has 'em though.
Yes, we wear clothes. Most wear underarmor, helps keep us cool.
