Hello to both Sir and Ma'am. I gave my GMAT exam last week. I went to the center in the midst of this pandemic and managed to score a 680 in my first attempt. I know its not too much but it is good enough for me to get into all the colleges I want. I want to thank you both for you videos and guidance. You've been way too useful to me than my education center, whom I had paid 50k for the GMAT tuition. Would have taken tuition from you if I had known about you before. Keep on making the GMAT easy for so many students like me. Thanks a lot!

Very good Q ... the most imp key takeaway from your video on DS is that sometimes we may not be able to think of all the data points to conclude the right answer..... logic and practice together will help crack DS ... thanks

I think that testing cases is a nightmare and not practical in the case of this exam considering the time constraint, and should be the last call only when you can't figure out an answer using reasoning or Algebra. For example in the example of this question at the step where you have to combine the statements, you have from statement one that b

Your algebraic method is spot on.
However, when you are in the prep phase get conversant with the counter example process. If you have done adequate practice to spot / make an educated guess where the given condition could fail, you will be in good stead.
      Best wishes

Choice C is the correct answer. Spot on.
I will recommend that you do not conclude that statements are sufficient based on numerical examples. You can use examples to establish that a statement(s) is/are not sufficient.
To establish sufficiency, it is always better to rely on algebra or logical deduction.

Sir, whenever there is a question with two unknown values, we need to start with substituting values and checking for counter examples right? Will this approach work for all inequality and absolute value questions?

Hello sir. I came across your channel. Are the videos here and the compilation videos under the 3k set on the website same? Thanks.

The videos in the 3K core product includes what you find in the channel. However, what you find in the YT channel is a small subset of what you will get in the 3K product. In addition to other videos, there are over 1500 questions in the form of tests with detailed slide pack explanations.

while combining st1 and st2 how can we infer directly in st1 that a>b? As we had combined the statements so we need to check for values again and while solving after combination as solved st1 again i found its counter again so its proves it to be no?
    PLease help me out
