  • Pumpkin Chocolate Cheesecake-Fueling Hack
    Serves: 1
    ¼ Leaner
    3 Condiments
    1 Healthy Fat
    1 Fueling
    ½ C. Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (1/4 leaner)
    1.5 Tbsp. Light Cream Cheese Softened (1.5 cond)
    1.5 Tbsp. Pumpkin Puree (3/4 cond)
    1 Tbsp. Egg Beaters (1/4 cond)
    ¼ Tsp. Vanilla Extract (1/4 cond)
    ¼ Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice (1/4 cond)
    ¼ Tbsp. Unsalted Margarine Melted (healthy fat)
    1 Packet of OPTAVIA Essential Decadent Double Chocolate Brownie (fueling)
    1 Tbsp. Cold Water (free)
    Preheat oven to 350*
    In a small bowl combine Decadent Double chocolate brownies, butter and water.
    Press Brownie mixture into a lightly grease spring-form pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
    In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Once brownie is cooked lower the oven temperature to 300*.
    Pour mixture over baked brownie and bake again for 30-40 minutes or until cheesecake is golden on the edges or center is almost set.
    Let cool completely before removing the rims.
