You need deep pockets to keep a tuned N54 healthy. I have spent £5k in last year keeping my 30k mile car running, 6 new index 12 injectors last week at £1800 inc fitting and oil change!!!!

How much torque does your engine make now? Did you upgrade your DCT to compensate?
No DCT upgrade. Only custom tune that also adjust "clutch pressure".

The n54 is no joke
No it cannot. Only a E50 custom tune can get you close to 500whp. Most make 450-490whp on stock turbos
