Speaking as someone whose parents kept moving house because the parents kept playing with the real estate market, please don't uproot your children once they start school. It's very disruptive and challenging to keep moving away from friends.
I moved allot in belgium and thats not a big country but everytime i needed to make new friends and that sucks. It is true... So we will see what he will do.

I totally agree with you, but he also says in the first 2 minutes of the vlog that "the kids are not at school yet so now is the time to try things, and when they start we will have to be a bit more smart." - I'm sure Jon and Janni are sure what they are doing
I liked them but I feel like they have a too materialistic point of view which is not cool at all
How would that even work? Monaco requires you to spend half a year there to be counted as a resident (and get the tax advantages). Can their kids spend half a year at a school in Monaco and the rest at a different school at home?
I admirer your coolness, moving from one place to another with two little kids. And how cool is Janni👏👏👏 she always looks happy and relaxed.

I love Jons personal vlogs (when he handles the camera) but can we just give credit to the footage/editing in this episode! Great sound effects, cuts, music is really in tune with the video... Just great.

They have to move because you need at least a 2 bedroom apartment to declare residency in Monaco for a family of 4. So this was predictable.

How about a mountain side chalet in Switzerland, I mean a MEGA Chalet, this puts you half way between the Sweden family and Richard and crew.

They have Sweden, Monaco and Lombok. I can't see why they would choose Switzerland. Sweden for family, Lombok for the sun, waves and Palm tress and Monaco for tax purposes, exclusivity and the Cote D´Azur. I think Three places for a family is Plenty.
I would guess they claim Monaco as their primary residence for tax reasons, Cyprus would fit that bill but be way less cool.

We should all appreciate these hard workers. Just imagine moving, managing businesses, doing projects, having 2 children and deciding to film it all, edit it and post it on youtube. These 2 work like 6 full-time jobs and stay positive, lets appreciate that!! :)

Yeah , you should come to Cyprus and try it out . I live here in the past 7 years and it’s great , everything’s very calm , things are moving slowly , lots of great restaurants and bars , the sea is amazing , the clearest water in Europe probably.
Do they lose the tax break if they move to Cyprus?
@@samanthab1923 Hi Sheila, Cyprus is as Monaco with taxes, not that lower but for sure a lot lower than the rest of european countries. Malta has a company taxation of only 5%, and you dont pay taxes over dividends, so investing from there is free we can say. ;)

@@samanthab1923 He hasn't, I worked on a real estate company in Malta and a worker was who sold the house to Rickard, I had some photos and it was stunning! A nice pool and a badass design, what can we expect from Deler-Olsson family jaja

Just like a tip that maybe you can try out - sleep in other room than your little man:) I struggled a lot for the 1.5 years with my baby waking up super early ect, and the moment we put our baby in another room - I can sleep till 8! 😋😋
They'll be able to do that when they get a new place since now they only had one bedroom. I could never sleep in the same bed with my kids. I'm a light sleeper and a very restless one so I would 100% crush them to death in my sleep

I don't think Cyprus is the move. I understand you have tax benefits but it's not really somewhere you wanna live it terms of school and things to do.
There are top level international schools in cyprus and living here for 3 years it sure is things to do.

Cyrpus is fine but it is nothing close to Marbella not to even compare to Monaco. I think you should always have small apartment in Monaco. If you sell it you will miss it so much, it's unique place.

@@ianmoone6562 Very true, in 2018 I rented a flat in the port of Puerto Banus. It was just filled with British Chavs who were loud and drunk trying to fit in with their fake Gucci sliders.
Hated it and left after a year.

Dont think so. Believe you just have to live 6 months there to make use of the 'no tax' rule

Hi @Zär Kar , you cant have the Monegasque Passport just by living there, to be considered an oficial citizen you need to have familiy from Monaco etc, is VERY VERY difficult to be 100% from Monaco. Just by living there during 6 months and having a property it is enough to pay taxes there
