I just want to say..
If you're feeling overcrowded or "run out" by lots of other channels talking about language learning, I personally watch YOUR language learning videos because I like you, your journey, your voice, your personality, your style, your approach, etc. The content of the video is important, but the person delivering it is also important because different creators inspire different people. I've never been inspired by another language creator like I have been by you. I have made so much progress in my Portuguese since finding your channel.
Regardless, I'm excited to see what the future holds for you and your channel. As long as you're uploading I will be watching! I'm happy for you, Lindie. :)

As someone who has been trying to recover from trauma and major shocks the past year or more, this is giving me hope
I am a Muslim not a Christian, but the point you made about your self-worth lies with God and not with people is such a great point that we as Muslims too believe in and which sadly many forget at this time and age, myself included (maybe due to social media and this constant need for approval and success)
I am loving the new shift for the channel!! Do whatever makes you feel comfortable and alive

Recovering from depression is a brave achievement, so I look forward to listening to your healing journey cause it would inspire and give hope to others (like me) who struggle to feel just a little better. Regarding your channel direction, it is true that most of us ran into your channel thanks to the language passion we share, but the reason why there are people who haven't left your channel is because they love you for who you are, regardless of any changes or shifts you decide to make. I have followed you since 2019 and never left a comment before, but now I just felt that it was suitable as it made me genuinely happy to see that you are rising again. Bonding with authentic people and enjoying the healthy company of friends is the elixir for all kinds of pain. Knowing that people have your back is one of the purest reliefs you could ever feel. Way to go, Lindie, keep taking care of yourself, and let that happiness go up and up! Greetings from Spain =)

So happy that your depression is cured now. I noticed your depression problems about an year ago in one of your videos. And I realized that you need help, there is something not good happening behind the scenes. But now I am really happy you are back. Regarding videos, I have been following you since I came across your video of South African polygot speaking 10 languages. And I really enjoyed your content for years. And I also learned so much from you about language learning. But looking forward to other different videos you will be making.
I just want to express how much you inspire me Lindie. Aside from having the same aspirations with languages, art and design, I truly get inspired whenever you share with us the true you and what's been going on in your life. I'm still an English learner. so, it's interesting to see any updates of your life. not only about learning languages , that was my first intention to subscribe. anyway your journey are really interesting and vaileble. I was a bit depressed last 5 years and now I also feel like I kind of recover and learning languages really helps me to become more confident and get feel that I able to do something. I'm not useless. So, I feel more confident about my English. I'm not fluent though. and my new challenge is Japanese.
