Endeavour Series 5: Muse

LMO recently recorded Matthew Slater’s score for a new film in the fifth series of the hugely popular ITV Drama series Endeavour, starring Shaun Evans.
Matt Slater scored for a 42 piece string section with clarinet (doubling bass clarinet) contra bassoon, 2 horns, bass trombone, harp, piano and guitar. LMO was led by Rita Manning who also contributed violin solos
after the orchestral session and conducted by the composer. The session was engineered by Paul Golding at Abbey Road Studio 1.
Endeavour series 5 is produced by Mammoth Screen and Masterpiece for ITV and started broadcasting in February 2018.
