I love the way Mr. Christopher talks about music - really resonates with me. Please do more with him! I could listen to him all day.
I love seeing you guys have SO much fun jamming, while integrating (usually dry) music theory education. Such a tricky balance to achieve, and y'all have hit the SWEET SPOT.
Oh that intro was true taste of excellence
i'm so excited with this stuff, they play music like if it was a childplay, simple, rythmic and perfect!
The blues is forever alive when these guys play it!!!
As well as playing the clarinet beautifully, Mr Christopher also has the most soothing and mellow voice!
I could listen to Evan all day.
I loved hearing the crew in the back getting right into it, yelling "YEAH!" You guys look like you had a lot of fun.
This is one of the best channels on UA-cam, from the experience and talent being displayed and very well taught to the amazing production quality, I'm surprised this channel doesn't have more subscribers
Wow, those guys are good!

I think that's the camera crew getting into it in the last jam. as they should.
Wonderful!

Extraordinary
Wow!!! Fantastic !!
Having an Albert system Clarinet helps a lot too!
Love your channel! Keep up the good work 👍
Thank you very much!!
What style of clarinet does Evan Christopher have its beautiful?
It’s an older type of Albert system clarinet, with a decent bore size. Clarinets with fewer keys and fewer rings work better for jazz because fingers slide more smoothly between holes and the keywork doesn’t rattle. Also a clarinet with a larger bore size commands more presence, more nuances are possible especially for bending notes, and has a fuller sound.
What clarinet and reed does he use?
Evan uses an old Albert system clarinet.
Oh yeah yeah
Sounding good...
at the time of earlier in the jazz cellars of the city of Utrecht
Wow
Take a shot everytime he says "well"
Start taking over my brothers
what is song title?
any clarinet should work right?
yeah. it's easier to do some of the slidey stuff on his clarinet (Albert system) because there are fewer keys.
These two are so cute :)
hello :) your videos are very good i love the music but i don´t speak english but i speak spanish :( i play clarinet if you can do videos in spanish It will be good thank you for your music... greetings from Perú.
David Humberto Nieto-Polo Salinas soy peruano americano, hablo ingles y español fluido y me gusta el clarinet, si tienes alguna consulta con cierta tecnica te la puedo resumir por aca lo q ellos dicen
Would this be considered a Boogie Woogie?
Cool cat loves to boogie woogie
We'd call it a shuffle, rather than Boogie Woogie
How about a video on gypsy jazz?
